This has been my go-to for months now. I usually go for the chicken fried rice, honey walnut chicken, vegetable egg rolls and egg flower soup. Which is exactly what I ordered from their website online tonight. ETA pickup time was 9:26. As I pull in the driveway at 9:35 I see rats running all over their parking lot. Running in and out of dumpsters as well as the work area or whatever they have going on in a large shed that's covered with tarps. I really hope that's not where they store extra food. I sit in my car for a minute not sure if I'm wanting to proceed with my order because my appetite has vanished. I feel bad because I had already placed the order, and didn't want the food to go to waste- like I said earlier I come here often, I don't want to upset the workers. I walk into the restaurant at 9:40- a women walks over to me confirming my order thinking she's going to bring it to me - NOPE. Her and her mom begin making my meal. Seeing the rats was my first red flag, so I watch them from a distance as they prepare my food. Neither of the women had MASKS or GLOVES on. As the younger woman was finished frying the egg rolls I ordered she picked them up with her bare hands to put them into a to-go container. To make it all worse, a man came into the restaurant in a panic wearing a headband/flashlight(assuming he was doing work outside in the dark) to the back of the kitchen, helps the woman make my fried rice WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS FROM COMING OUTSIDE. WITHOUT A MASK! Proceeds to pour the rice into a to-go container and leave. I have never been so disgusted picking up food before. I was left speechless and disgusted that I eat here so often. Y'all be careful out there

AMAZING customer service. Truly go so above and beyond I am so grateful. I work in the restaurant industry and ordered delivery through door dash on my way home from work, the driver never showed up to Jade and they took the time to call me, cancel my order through doordash for me and on top of that deliver my order to me. By the time that I'd realized that Jade waS about to close and my delivery from doordash was not going to arrive, everything else had closed near me... BUT they delivered the food themselves, which actually meant the difference between me eating tonight or not since grocery stores were also closed (and I'm so tired I would have just not eaten vs cooking the little food I have on hand.) I'm so grateful for their wonderful customer service, it not only made my night but my week. Truly a great restaurant that loves their customers and has great food. Asian fusion dining and delivery at its utmost best thank you Jade!!!!

This place serves absolutely delicious chow mein, and the pot stickers are the biggest I've seen--practically a meal by themselves. Very reasonably priced, especially the house chow mein with pork, chicken and shrimp. You can call until 11:45 pm, and up to 2:00 a.m. on Friday--to early Saturday morning. This is my new favorite late-night delivery. OMG the chow mein--can't say enough good things. The egg rolls are also delicious, and you get four instead of two and they have actual meat in them. Absolutely recommended when you're all pizza'ed out.

Very good Chinese food. The steamed rice is amazing, as is the fried rice. The chow mein is spectacular. If you ever want to have Chinese food that will make you full and not hungry an hour later, this would be the place to get it.

so the people who work there on a very rare occasion can be friendly but don’t go in there expecting it ever you just have to be pleasantly surprised when it does happen but the food is amazing! On top of extremely pricey but close!
My husband and I couldn’t sleep and didn’t get a chance to eat dinner so we went for it and ordered take out at 1230am!! I called in to ask if they could possibly change one dish in the package meal deal for my kids to have some tomorrow and the lady was super sweet and with no problem she changed it up for me. We were worried it was going to be horrible, but it was great! All this for $35!!!

Delicious!! Ordered through Grub Hub as the reviews there are good. My food arrived fast and a very courteous driver who took great care of my order, it was steaming hot !! I ordered General Tsos Chicken, Hot and Sour Soup and Pot Stickers. All delicious! The Hot and Sour was really tasty and had so many vegis and Tofu pieces I almost got full with a cup, I just want more though it was so delicious and instantly took away a bit of a hangover from last night.. The General Tsos was really flavorful.. I wish restaurants would cook a little more crunchy but this was less bready then other Generals Tso I have had lately.. The chilies in the sauce was extremely tasty.. I ordered Hot and it was just a spicy but not too spicy sauce full of bits of chili. The sweetness of the sauce took away the spicy a bit...I ordered a small rice that was $2 as well. Lastly the Pot Stickers were really doughy, but reading other reviews they should be. The pork mixture inside was so good and it came with a little container of yummy Gyoza sauce.. wish I got two. These Pot Stickers are huge! They are going to be great for leftovers. Can't believe I have driven by this place so many times through the years, and it's not in a good location I always wondered how the food really was. Due to the Pandemic it's causing us to try new places and so glad I did, this is my new go-to for awesome delicious flavorful Chinese food!
