Great spot to grab a couple of drink. The inside has a nice vibe. Staff can be a little hit or miss but it’s generally a good choice for when you’re down by the market.

Visited a bar today with a friend, small yet cozy with a pleasant vibe. Enjoyed good drinks and a tasty cheese plate. Prices are reasonable for Seattle, though the staff was friendly but a bit slow. Overall, a great spot for a delicious cocktail and hangout.

Went here for a drink with some friends this last Saturday afternoon and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Small, stuffy, and unfriendly environment. Tried chatting with the bartender and that was not well received. Drinks were not good. I see the potential, but it definitely doesn't live up to it.

Amazing place to hang out mid day or even as a night cap. Over the holiday weekend our goal was to try as many restaurants and bars as we could. JarrBar is the only place we returned as they had such a great vibe. The owner even took time out to chat with us. On our second day after having the energy sucked out of us at a French Wine Bar up the street we decided we needed an energy boost. That energy boost was in the form of a revisit to JarrBar and it did not disappoint. Had just as much fun the as the previous day! What a gem.

JaarBar is an adorable hole in the wall place near Pike Place Market. I guess maybe it's kind of in PPM with the newest addition positioning the bar between it and the original portion. It's very cute inside, bartender I had was attentive and friendly, and the tapas were enjoyable. I'd recommend!

A bar got it's own style even on food menu, drinks and environment all come together to create a great experience, daytime or night you will definitely comeback.

The staff were doing their best, but the space was tiny, the music was too loud for conversation and the food was limited.

In my top 3 bars in Seattle maybe my #1 and I have lived here 10+ years. If you dig tin fish and good wine/cocktails you will love it. Don’t expect warm service but it’s Seattle and the bartender is definitely cooler than you ;)

I wouldn’t write such a negative review but the bartender stuck her finger and picked something in her mouth then touched their POS screen and bar. We were waiting awhile trying to order a snack but changed our minds after seeing that…tried to cash out instead but had to raise my voice over the loud music to get the attention of someone that suppose to be working. Staff seemed too distracted by socializing, choosing to start a new conversation over taking our initial order.I have been here a total of two times and the first time was a few years ago. Had a nice tapas experience and caught up with a friend. I don’t think that would be possible currently. Might be much nicer to build a rapport and be a regular here if you don’t mind the hygiene problems and distracting the staff to do less of a good job.

Shitty service and the blamed us for spilling water on a dirty table. Please think before going here

Great drinks and good music. Such a comfortable place in a great location! I believe they serve food but I haven't tried yet. In the summer this is a great location to grab a nice cocktail and enjoy the sun coming in through the large windows. I will return for drinks with friends in the future!

This place was a hidden gem in Pike Place. It's a small spot - maybe 5 tables plus the bar. It was a great spot for happy hour with shareable tinned fish dishes and charcuterie platters.

Sometimes you have to yelp from the rooftops. I walked in for a pre-Beyoncé (pre-yoncé) meats n' cheese extravaganza carrying a hastily made tin foil ruff. It should be mentioned that the album Renaissance was playing when I arrived. That's one of the stars right there. Manager Nicole noticed my creation, asked what it was, and immediately engaged in a structural integrity reinforcement project with me that improved the wearability, comfort, and overall 'je ne sais quoi' (aka Big Ruff Energy) of the piece. That's 2.7 of the stars, obvi. Then she poured me a vermouth and soda that quenched my thirst-trap vibes. That's .8 stars. Then she and her floor lead proceeded to make my wife and I a set of cocktails and charcuterie platter bits that set the tone for the full-on disco-ball-tassel-parade that is walking towards a Beyoncé show. That's the remaining available 1.5 stars, but tbh could be more if yelp would even allow it. Let's infer an addition two stars for the above and beyondness, quality chow and vibey vibes of JarrBar on Thursday night, September 14th. Thanks dudes.

Loved this place. Great service and great small menu eats. Try the El Cochino cocktail very good especially withe the pepper and chorizo. The charcuterie was bomb. Will return.
