Excellent Ethiopian food, incredibly friendly service and great prices! We've come a few times for the vegetarian combo and the food is always really fresh and flavorful. The portion is large enough for two people to share and even have leftovers. The woman who I believe is the owner is so friendly and welcoming, and the energy in the space is great- small but homey and comforting.

Went for a dinner on a weekend and was able to secure a table without wait although it was quite busy. We were welcomed with a big smile and with pleasant service. Tried qatena and loved it. Crispy like a paper dosa. Doro wot and veggie combo were fresh and delicious. I will rate this as our current favorite Ethiopian restaurant in seattle after Saba got closed. Will visit again!

Lovely experience here today trying the Jebena Combo! Meats and veggies were amazing and of good portion. Spices and flavors on point and hard to place at times. How do they get that lamb so spicy and tangy!? Mysteriously Authentic! Offering “Mexican” Coke, Fanta & Sprite was a surprise and a nice touch. The proprietor is so attentive and kind! We enjoyed our conversation with her and let her know that we love lots of cheese with our Ethiopian meals so she obliged. They definitely have the good stuff! Will try coffee and beer next visit. Thank you! Yum!

Sooo yummy!! My husband and I love Ethiopian food- it’s so full of flavor and it’s so saucy- always a good choice. Plus, they have great vegan and vegetarian options. We got the veggie combo which was so filling and delicious. We also got two samosas to start with and they were so tasty! Not too greasy but still crispy and flavourful. This is a great choice, come give it a try!
