Most incredible Philly cheese steak I've ever had- made to my specifications with no peppers, add mushrooms, on GF bread! The STAFF here are what make it. They clarified with me what I wanted, offered to toast the bread (since typically GF bread doesn't get toasted in restaurants)...I could hear how well they all work together and FEEL the positive energy of good chemistry. I'm going to get so fat eating here every day but it's so delicious I don't care!

Waiting time is forever. Even for just one footlong. Don’t call driver in if you haven’t finish the food yet. Don’t waste other people’s time. At least 15 minutes every time come for pickup.
Online order was easy, Sammy was delish- It was pricey for the portion but I was desperate for a good sandwich and it delivered. Bread was fresh, lots of meat n veggies with oil, salt n pepper.

Let's discuss Fernando. When I went into the store to set up a catering order he offered to help and asked me to sit at a table and that he'd be right out. He arrived with a clipboard, order form, menu and walked me through the whole process flawlessly! When I had questions he explained everything and was so friendly. He reviewed my order with me, rang me up and didn't even flinch when I made a last minute change. When I arrived for pick up, everything was ready and he helped me to my car I was just really impressed with their service, the food was on time and really good. Fernando, however, was the key to this over the top experience. I will be back. Thank you!
