The vibe of this place is so cool but the food is very mid. The workers are so rude. I literally greeted the woman at the front and she just ignored me. There needs to be some changes asap. I heard so many good things about Joe & the Juice on social media. But every time I give this place a try, it’s a disappointment.

Why is Joe & the Juice posting such lame responses to every single poor review?! Check it out, they're literally cutting & pasting the same meaningless script every time. One poor girl almost CRACKED HER TOOTH ON A PIECE OF METAL IN THEIR SANDWICH and they have NOTHING to say besides basically "we're bummed you left us 1 star, go ahead and email us." Whoever is answering these reviews is acting like a clown. Take responsibility, address the issue, in public here where people can see if you truly are making things better! And stop using chatgpt/cut paste for your responses. These are literally lawsuit-worthy things you're doing to customers.

Ordered an avocado sandwich with tobacco, oil, salt and pepper, and a matcha ice latte. Sandwich was a 10/10 but had a lot of tobacco so wouldn’t recommend adding it if you don’t like spice. Matcha was okay, but seemed watered down / not enough milk so 6/10

Like others have rightly called out, this place is in need of some serious management change. The quality is so poor spoiling the reputation of the entire brand. I’ve heard great things about Joe and the Juice and have loved their vegan avocado sandwich in the past. Ordered one today and they made it without any pesto. So literally put a less than average portion of avocado and some tomatoes between bread and served it. After tasting I immediately found it dry and bland so I opened the sandwich and saw no pesto which I took to the staff to show. One staff member simply said we are out of pesto and went inside the kitchen. A few minutes later another staff member comes out and they are at least apologetic but no explanation to why they did not mention this to begin with. They said they could offer Sriracha as a replacement to pesto. Seriously?Charging $12.5 for a piece of bread and a quarter avocado slapped in between is criminal. There is simply no accountability here and the problem with the service and food quality has been going on for years now. The management simply does not care. I will not be visiting this location of Joe and the Juice ever again.

The place is very slow, you order through the app and arrive to pick up your order after 15 minutes. Then you have to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to prepare your order. Orders placed online are not prioritized, but orders placed in-house are.

Cold coffee and colder sandwiches. Staff was immediately aggressive when issue was brought up. Other Joe and the Juice franchises at airports have better food and service than this location. The point of a franchise is consistency.

Horrible customer service, randomly cancelled my Grubhub order after OVER A HOUR leaving the poor Grubhub driver clueless on why the out of stock item couldn’t be replaced with something else since the sandwiches are all relatively the same price plus there was no communication with him whatsoeverBAD BAD

Quick service. The staff are always cheerful and very helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was that they didn't have caramel flavoring for my coffee and they only have dark chocolate for mochas.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: The attendant shouted at me and threw my order at me. I reported this to customer service via email and am yet get any response. LONG STORY: Today 1/9/2024 the male attendant (they don’t wear name tags so there’s no way to identify him) literally screamed at me 3 times and threw my order at me. I ordered via Uber eats and was doing a pick up, he asked to see my receipt and when I proceeded to show him, he said “you have to wait” not exact words but in a very rude manner like he was upset I was at the store. I took a seat and waited and while I did, to my surprise, he attended to people who arrived after me. Oh by the way, I was looking at my order, it was ready for over an hour before my arrival and I pointed that out to him. After 10mins waiting for a pick up order I approached him and he said in these exact words “what can I do for you” unbelievable! Long story short, I showed him the receipt, he went ahead to fling an order on the glass counter beside the register and said “there, have it!” Meanwhile, this wasn’t even my order. I then informed him it wasn’t my order and for the 3rd time pointed my order to him and then he shouted at me “take it and go”! I’m still in shock ? I cannot believe I spent my money to get this experience and guess what I order a lot from this store but today will be my last. I already informed Ubereats, I’m done buying anything here unless I hear from the management about this bad behavior.
