Wow, the food here is amazing. The recommendations and feedback I got from the bartender was mediocre. I was feeling adventurous so asked about the octopus, she compared it to steak... it was a little chewy like I expected but the salty richness of the bacon and greens made for an amazing combination. She didn't think the octopus would have been enough for me so suggested I order something else. I went with the Steak tataki salad, which was great. The basalmic, steak and hearts of palm offsets the sharp taste of the greens. More food than I needed but it was all amazingly delicious. Everything I ordered was fantastic.Parking: Parking is a challenge unless you pay to put it politely.

It's ok, portion size really small.EDIT:Time flies, went again 4 years later, basically everything was excellent, flavor profiles are pretty varied and quality is high.Waiters know their stuff and give good recommendations. Please note that this is more 'tapas style' so small portions to be shares with a group.Note to management:I understand you change your menu often but it's a little misleading when your online menu is quite substantially different then your actual menu, you should figure out a way to easily update your online menu when you update your actual menu, this shouldn't be super expensive to automate and will avoid potential dissapointments, I liked all the food I had but I was really hyped up for some of the items I saw in the online menu.

Ate here for our 6 month wedding anniversary. Love that they have non-alcoholic Cocktail options as both my husband and I don't drink. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best vegetarian options. The food was SUPER TASTY! We thoroughly enjoyed our special night.

Unique restaurant with experimental menu. Had the mackarel as entree and bone marrow as appetizer. Both dishes were very different takes on those ingredients and were very tasty. The decor and ambienece was classy yet relaxing. And the staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, great find!

The server was great! The restaurant is lovely! The Kalbi burger (served with a very cold bun?) was amazing, along with the short rib steak. Chinese broccoli not so good (tough, watery, flavorless). We should have skipped that and dessert, for the price.

I really liked the ambience and our server was friendly and provided helpful suggestions. I also really like my bourbon cocktail, unfortunately the food was a letdown. I can't really put my finger on it but it seems uninspired and quite expensive for the portions, especially the meat $50 meat dish.

Food is excellent and full of flavor. Portions are not terribly big. A lively, hopping place. Would recommend if you like fusion food.

Very creative menu, the spicy rice cake was fantastic! We also tried the short rib and the wok mussels and both were delicious. Dessert was the cherry on top, will be coming back for more!

We booked in advance seeing that it was a recommended restaurant and we could only get outdoor seating. This is fine since their outdoor patio was heated and has a big fireplace in middle and blankets if you need. Gives a very different atmosphere than inside. We had the beef tartar and the mussels to start. Rich velvety beef tartar with a light crispy cracker was a great way to start our meal. The mussels were amazing, each one was so fat and juicy. Ask for a slice of bread to soak up the sauce after. Then came the main event, the short rib steak. My goodness was that one of the best steak cuts I've had. I always liked ribeye, but the Korean short rib was just as fatty and tender. Definitely a must try with the housemade sauce.

We had an amazing dining experience at Joule last night. The food was fantastic, very inventive and innovative combinations. We loved the atmosphere and the service was fantastic. We'll be back for sure.

The food was great, all servers are willing to help you out if needed, dishes get to the table quickly and in total time of 1 hour you can have a lovely dinner with multiple dishes. The prices are good when the quality of the food is taken into account. The atmosphere is kind of loud from conversations, but that's expected at a restaurant filled with people.Me and my bf really enjoyed our date night there, definitely going again.Vegetarian options: All the vegetarian and vegan dishes are clearly labeled, some dishes can be changed to vegan/vegetarian according to your needs. They all tasted amazing.

I had high hopes. I went to Revel years ago when I last visited Seattle. It was such a memorable experience that I wanted to try their sister restaurant for a nice night out. Unfortunately, the food was okay but for what they charged nothing wowed me. The only dish I can hype is the smoked tofu with mushroom. That was the only thing my husband and I enjoyed. We got the scallop poke (skip), "that" short rib steak, and octopus. The last two were okay but not amazing. Service was good and quick though!

Service is casually sophisticated and top notch. Food is the main draw though - rice cakes never disappoint! The carrots with miso are out of this world. Lamb adobo is a super flavorful - needs some rice though :) Thanks for a terrific meal and experience!

Party of 7, charged a $45 surcharge on top of bill for “employee benefits retained by restaurant”. Food portions were embarrassingly small and waited over an hour for everything to arrive. Outside heaters turned off while we were still there. We all left hungry and had to go somewhere else for food. Highly recommend avoiding. 2* awarded for cool fire pit.
