Bad attitude from waitperson as soon as we tried to sear ourselves. Not worth the aggravation, so we turned around and walked out. We then drove to Mountlake Terrace to Patti's Eggnest for breakfast and spent almost 70.00 for breakfast, well worth the drive.

The awesome taste of a necessity luxury coffee capital Washington state made.!
I just came here because there are pretzels. And it was worth it! The pretzel was delicious, as was the pretzel roll and the bee sting anyway. After many weeks of bad bread, this was a delight for the German palate!

Nice place. Coffee is fine. Some of the treats are great. Wish they had a few more lunch options

Pretty decent little coffee shop with a modest selection of German breads and pastries. The cinnamon rolls are very nice. The rhubarb cake was also good and not overly sweet.

Confused by the reviews. Barista made coffee so bad we saw multiple people complain. Bakery goods look great but tasted stale (I'm Scandinavian so was shocked by this as we love our fikka). Homeless guy asleep on table. Another wearing a headset shouting at his screen. Another pacing around on drugs. Very weird space. Never going back.

The biscuit sandwich was delicious!! I took some rosemary focaccia home and enjoyed it with soup over the next couple days. Ladies behind the counter were friendly.

Very friendly feeling casual coffee shop with German style breadsVegetarian options: Veggie breakfast biscuit was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Level entrance from front sidewalk.
Leckere und authentische deutsche Brezeln! Ich wünschte, sie würden mehr vegane Leckereien herstellen...

Really great experience here this morning, service is friendly and helpful. Got the vegetarian breakfast sammie (egg, cheese, tomato slice on a scone/biscuit), soft heart pretzel, bienenstich (almond pastry), drip coffee and americano. The pretzel was hands down the best carb we had here, soft, just the right amount of salt, chewy, not too dense. The bienestich wasn't too sweet, almonds candied, filling light- yummy. The breakfast sammie was crispy on the outside, soft and warm, little bland, would have been super yummy with a side of jam!
