definitely in my top seattle spots! food always hits the spot, prices are pretty affordable - for our order, we pay less than $30 and have some food leftover. my boyfriend and i usually get a loco moco and a ginger chicken (with mac salad, sub white rice for spam fried rice), and it’s always a delight. honestly haven’t tried anything else because these are so good!pro tip - call ahead for pick up, we always call when we’re just headed out. food takes around 20 min if not more, so it’s nice to not wait too long. all the food is togo anyway + limited indoor seating to eat the food on the spot.

Very nice employees, really great prices for their quality of food and definitely tasty food. They are the best Hawaiian style food i tried in seattle. My only comments is that they are a bit salty sometimes please pay attention to the salt levels you add or probably not mixed well?Either way i definitely recommend them 100%Don't forget to try their cakes, my only comment is that maybe try add less sure sugar? Or some cake slices that are less sweet? The levels of sugar are insane high. I don't care to have some sugar but the cake is really high in sweetness.Still great place!

It's all about the food here! Exactly what you will find on the islands. Great to go lunch spot, but don't expect atmosphere or great service, it's just not what they do, but the food is worthy of a stop...
Food here is always on point. Service get plenty Aloha. Hamburger steak/ onion and shrooms is my kryptonite. Either I gotta make my own or I order take out for the fam when I'm in town. Parking is tough during lunch hours. Call your order in because they get busy. They are closed on certain days so check the schedule. Bakery with the island style pastries and deserts right next door. ??

Used to be better. And, unfortunately for them, there is better Hawaiian food in relatively close distanceI don't care if prices have to go up for whatever reason but quality has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY.No flavor. No Aloha in the food.Lomi lomi "salmon" was just fishy tomatoes; and I'm sure they just use canned salmon (and don't even drain it).Laulau was too fatty."Fried rice" was cold. Why is the fried rice cold?Cucumber kimchi cut too large and flavor wasn't fermented/tangy and had no heat. Just slightly sour and very wet cucumber. They don't let you have any water because it's "takeout only" despite the fact neatly every table had people dining in.Looks like Cakes of Paradise is going to be the only reason we come here anymore

Delicious homey hawaiann food. The loco moco burger patty is well seasoned. I just wished they were open for dinner and Sundays!

Going back for the chicken. The Loco Moco was OK. I think I got regular rice instead of fried. The egg, rice, meat were good the gravy rather bland. They were busy. I'm going back early.

Arrived about 12noon on a Monday for a business lunch with a colleague. Was busy. Food quality was very good and reasonably priced. Service was friendly. The downside of the establishment is you need to be prepared to take your food somewhere else to eat if one of the handful of tables is occupied. We got lucky and a two top opened up for us after we paid so we could eat on site. But many others other food to go.

Good food, lots of it too. I found the spam on the musubi to be a bit thin, age not enough sauce, but the flavor was great. The Lawsi chicken was great and a lot of food for the money. It can be busy though, but that hopefully means they'll be around for a long time.
First time at this restaurant. Met my homie on a Friday afternoon and the restaurant was poppin'. Luckily we were able to get a table as couple guests were leaving. Our food came out quick enough and oh man I fell in love with the place with the first slurp of oxtail soup. Haven't tasted this soup so good since well I can't remember cuz it's been so long. Tried few other restaurants before this and every time I left utterly disappointed. But not this time...found my new favorite Hawaiian spot. Also had Kalua Pig and as expected 10 out of 10. Everything here was delicious. I loved it so much that my homie and I made a point to come here every Friday...and we have 3 weeks and counting.

Very local island vibe! Food is still over off the best Hawaiian food in Seattle. The Lawai chicken is delicious. I like mac salad. I would take them over L&L any day.
The food here is delicious and the staff are very friendly, the only negative is that it gets super busy at lunch time and can be a 20 min wait to get your food. They are very transparent about the wait and the food is definitely worth it!
