Kidd Valley knows how to make a burger, especially this location. The food is always hot and fresh, the burgers are a thing of beauty, and the malts are great. I'll drive past multiple other spots to get here.

With the rising cost of fast food you can go here and get a really good burger or other menu items for cheaper than McDonald's or bk, wendys,eat and have a great meal . This has become my favorite burger place by far. Truly a great experience and offer gluten free options (buns) for those like my fiancee that are gluten intolerant. Can't go wrong.
This last time I visited food was not as good. Also, not the fault of the restaurant, but the parking lot and all surrounding streets have become home to hookers, drug deals, homeless, mentally ill, etc... I was waiting in the drive thru line and a drug deal went down right next to my vehicle. Not across from it, but right next to my car window. I locked my doors and felt extremely unsafe. I can't even imagine what the employees go through at this location. I will probably not go back as there are always bad people inside and outside the restaurant. I used to go here once a week but will not return until I see the area cleaned up.

Best local fresh burgers and shakes. Recently, the service seems faster.I keep forgetting to ask them to take the pickles off of my double bacon cheeseburger. Fresh, hot fries. Clean and well lit. Just as fast as any other drive through.

Kidd Valley is my go-to drive through burger joint. I’ve always had prompt and efficient service, and I can always count on the burgers being exactly what I need to hit the spot. I’d rather eat here once than go to McDonald’s or Jack in the box twice. You pay more for the food but you definitely get what you pay for. I recommend the drive through. Some reviews mention homeless people loitering around but I have never been approached. It’s right off of Aurora so I don’t feel unsafe. Great food and service!
The customer service and the good are both great. I would come more often but every time I go there I do not feel safe. There are homeless people all cracked out coming inside bothering customers for money, hooked right outside with their pimps sitting in their car watching them, drug dealers selling drugs on the tables right outside the doors, people smoking meth and phentanol in the parking lot right behind the building. It's sad because the food really is great.
