I got a coffee and an Acai bowl. The Acai bowl was yummy, with fresh fruit and granola on the one I got. The coffee was strong and had a good flavor. This place is on the first floor of what I think is an apartment complex so it's a little tucked away and parking in the area may be hard to find. I walked here while getting my car serviced nearby. If there's a line I think servie would be slow, as there was only one person working. So if you're in a hurry I wouldn't say this is going to be fast.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Açaí bowls are wonderful. Coffee was too mild for my taste but still good.

Delicious! I had the Kitanda bread and a chicken cone. They were hot, fresh and delicious! I bought some bake at home breads so I can serve to my family and friends. Yum!

Kitanda is awesome most of the time, ie nb one is perfect 100% of the time, but they are like 95% of the time with quality of sandwiches and coffees! Its seattle so the area can be a bit dicey but it's been fine whenever I've

I've been to these guys plenty of times before. Their Kitand bread sandwiches are delicious. Whether you want something sweet or savory, they have a good variety. I went for the Lean Pastrami Kitanda. What I first like about the sandwich is that it is nice and small and not overall stuffed with ingredients. You are able to taste the pastrami, the spinach and the mozzarella on every bite. As for the texture of the bread itself is slightly crunchy at first bite, but once you keep chewing away the texture becomes more soft and chewing. It does not have a big amount of salty taste, but none the less, it is an overall yummy and delicious experience.Oh the young staff (most likely UWS students) are always super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. You should not be on delivery apps if you cannot get a single order right. I’m tired of wasting money on this place for them to forget half my order. How hard is it to read a receipt?

Kitanda was a nice coffee shop with good açaí bowls. It is a little bit in the more expensive side, but not too bad. It has decent seating, but is not increasing inviting to hangout in since it is in the lobby of a business building. Besides that the coffee and bowls were good!

Some individuals who work with the public need a better disposition. Customer service is key not a shitty attitude!Really disappointed people deal with costumers who.make mistakes and get dismissed with crap attitude. If you don't like your job or having a bad day stay the fxck home. Your welcome

I was in this branch for the first time. I ordered the classic bowl açaí. It came with the dried mango, coconut, granola and fresh banana. They added honey to sweeten up. It would be better if they added fresh fruits instead of the dried fruits. Overall it was pretty good.

8/3/2023 Update: I loved their acai bowls. Something not to be missed! :)This cute Brazilian coffee shop has a wide array of acai bowls to accompany Brazilian coffee. Besides being a monster who likes strong coffee, my redeye coffee was delicious and had the perfect internal temperature. I really liked their food fares(pastries and acai bowls), which I'm eager to try in the future. Customer service could have been better - I wasn't greeted; instead, I had to prompt the cashier. She said, "What can I get for you?" before I received a good morning, which was startling. My interactions positively increased after responding with a good morning to her question. I would return.
