Lovely staff, outstanding cocktails, and superb sushi with a kitchen that is open fairly late. I have celiac disease and the gluten free menu is quite extensive. I've never had an issue here. They can do takeout when the place isn't too busy, but take the time to sit down if you can.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options! I'm sensitive to cross contamination, and have done well here.

Simply put, in my opinion, this is the best bar in Seattle. They serve excellent, creative cocktails and pair them with a selection of sushi that's at the caliber of good Japanese places. Think hip but down to earth bar with sushi, not sushi bar with cocktails. But best of all, the vibe is just perfect and the staff are the happiest, most charming and welcoming group you could ever want. Every last one of them, it seems. We go for dinner and drinks at least once a month and have never not had an amazing time. Highest recommendation.

Bomb sushi, service is great and everyone who works here is chill and so nice! Cocktails are yummy and also such a cozy spot for a date or a great place to go with a group if you can score a spot on the couches.

It’s my second time coming here and I am once again impressed. The music here has been different each time but it hits. Where else can you get craft cocktails, fresh sushi and feel at home and in a fantastic atmosphere. Thank you Thaleia for being attentive and friendly!

Absolutely unassuming, cozy, small location with delicious sushi, fun drinks and a great atmosphere. Max capacity? 49! Went on a Saturday night before a show and it was great. Just an FYI - the parking is a little wonky as Seattle just put in a new paid parking system that was a bit confusing, especially for out-of-towners. This has nothing to do with how wonderful the Liberty is because once you park and go in, it's absolutely lovely! And yes we each had a bite of sushi (Torii and Joes Hanoo) before remembering to take a picture!
