We tried the small crab, lobster, and shrimp rolls, it was great! Staff were great too. Fairly priced food. Large sitting area. Won’t mind going there again. I’d recommend this place.
The clam chowder was good, and if you need a gluten free chowder, maybe its one of the few places with it.I liked the crab inside the crab roll, it was fresh. But overall the roll itself was plain (i had the gluten free version), and basically all the fillings were cold and with no extra flavour. Not sure how this place has such a high rating, the food is decent, but way overpriced for what it is. Maybe people in Seattle and tourists are used to these prices and lack of flavour and unique preparation, but i would rather than a 3 course menu at a proper restaurant in Vancouver for $37 USD than 3 cold seafood -filled mini rolls and one small portion of chowder.I read that Maine lobster is supposed to be "softer" and more delicate than Canadian lobsters, but this was pretty overcooked, so i prefer freshly cooked Canadian lobster over this, which to me, when warm and properly prepared, was softer than this. There wasn't anything exciting in the lobster taste, it is literally plain boiled lobster taken out and put onto an average tasting buttered roll for u. The sprinkling of whatever seasoning they have on the lobster had a very mild and unmemorable taste.I would rather buy a whole cooked lobster in Vancouver for the same price (or cheaper) than eat here again.I ate it just an hour ago and still think about it as chilled seafood rolls. At least the ones in Vancouver actually taste like something. Also, the whole "throw away your tray yourself" feels like McDonald's level service at fine dining prices.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

We had the trio and the lobster mac & cheese, came here because of the amazing reviews but was disappointed unfortunately. The store was super cute but the food was super fishy and tasted off so was unable to finish it. The $50 price tag didn’t help us feel good about the experience.

Food was served very fast. We got the flight, but we loved the truffle oil one the most. Spicy honey butter one was very decent as well. Good price
Got the lobster roll. Make sure if you want it warm you ask for warm/hot. The default is cold lobster, which was kind of disappointing for a $24 meal, I think I would have liked it way more if I paid the extra dolla to make it warm and if I was at least asked if I wanted it cold or warm

Food was super yummy, and portions are great. Love that they can track where their seafood comes from directly to the fishermen who caught it.

It was okay, could be better if the tables were cleaner and if there could be more butter/sauce with the lobster roll.

The lobster roll was excellent, and the New England chowder was on-par with Pike Place Chowder, which is a tough feat! Staff was friendly, service was quick. Can't ask for much else in a restaurant.

TLDR: wish it was made clearer that all of the meats in the rolls are served cold (it says it in very small print at the top of the menu). The flavor of the lobster is very good, the bun is nicely fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. But the cold meat on the inside was just unexpected.Lobster roll (4oz cost $24) | 6.5/10 - the points here are coming from the bun (lightly toasted, crispy, and fluffy). The lobster, while flavored well, was served cold. This could be refreshing on a summer day, but it was simply jarring. They offer a warm lobster roll, so perhaps that one is better.N. E. Clam Chowder (8oz cost $7) | 4/10 - this clam chowder was … just ok. The potatoes were very mushy, the clams overcooked (chew was very tough). If you are already on the waterfront, just go to pike place chowder instead.

BEST LOBSTER ROLL IN TOWN!! Hands down, my husband and I have been looking for a good lobster roll for a while . This place has a great customer service, staff was patient on the phone while we were making our take out order. When we got the order, the roll had the best spices and flavor I have ever had . We will be coming back.
