I got a chicken sandwich, Mac and cheesekimchi, and chicken tenders. I’d get this again if I was out partying and this was open at 5am.

They literally took so long to make my food that door dash cancelled my order after the driver waited for over an hour for my food to be done.

One employee works here in the back. A touch screen takes your order. It took more than an hour to get our food, despite Rachel’s being nearly empty. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed on multiple counts.

Sandwiches and fries were served cold, we came in at about 3:30pm on a Saturday, the dining room was not busy so there’s really no excuse to serve cold food. Flavor was good but the chicken was over cooked imo and I just can’t get over it being served cold.

The chicken is really good but sometimes a bit too salty. Their sides definitely need work, the cucumber salad is good but besides that all of the other sides are either sold out or taste off.

A bit hard to find if you don't know it's insider Rachel's Ginger Beer, but I've had it twice now and love the flavor. I saw another review stating this was likely the best fried chicken sandwich in Seattle and I think I agree. I can't think of another place I'd rather go for when I'm craving it.This is a great quick bite option, with food prepared relatively quickly. Will be coming again and again to satisfy the lunch craving.

Giving it 3 because you guys don’t have a single sign to help people find the place!
Only one person working, took over an hour to get three chicken wings

Checked this place out with some friends who could not say enough positive things about the fried chicken sandwich here. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, the chicken fingers, a Hawaiian BBQ sandwich, and the fries. All were great, highlight was obviously the fried chicken sandwich, not too oily and was complimented well with the daikon pickles and sauce. Wouldn’t recommend ordering the chicken fingers unless you have an issue with sandwiches since it’s essentially the same meat and breading. Fries were well seasoned, the BBQ sandwich was solid but otherwise forgettable.Ambiance is chic, clean, in the heart of university village. Overall a solid fried chicken sandwich. Wouldn’t rush back for it, but definitely a solid (albeit pricey) choice if you’re in the area.

Takes an hour to get your order and there is no time estimate. Go to the UVillage location.
