The food smells delicious and looked delicious from what we saw others having. However we were unable to actually try anything. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated. After about 10 minutes, the manager, I believe acknowledged us and said they were short staffed and we would be seated soon. We understand being short staffed and we're fine waiting. After 20 min we still had not even been acknowledged by the server seating people.

Rye was a great bartender with great suggestions in the area and made sure our stay here was no less than substantial

We went for dinner reservations. Only two servers were working and did well with dinner service. I was slightly disappointed about portions. I ordered Thai prawns and to be fair, was warned that there were only 4 prawns with fried noodles. I thought, ok, no worries, they might be bigger than I think. No....it was literally 4 little pieces of shrimp / prawns whatever, and a splash of fried flavorless noodles on a big dinner plate for $17. Can get a bag of them at Costco for less. However, flavors are good, the bolognese pasta dish was great, crab cakes were great....I think flavors here are good, just hoping for better portions for what we're paying on appetizers

On a blustery rainy and cold morning the dining room was quiet. Our breakfast (avocado toast with perfect poached eggs and classic eggs/bacon/toast) was served in a timely manner by friendly staff who also served as hostess. Dining room is in a French feeling dark wood room with adorned ceiling and red velvet curtains at the entrance. Cozy place 1 block from Amazon spheres.

Dinner was excellent and super friendly staff! Breakfast was awful. Took over an hour of waiting AFTER we ordered to find out the waitress never put our order in, then she was upset with us as if it was our fault. Denise then came to us and fixed the entire situation and was a rockstar and offered to pay for our meal! She is for sure an MVP! Pancakes were rubbery as well. No issues with the food otherwise.

The $16 "continental" breakfast that was brought to the room after I was not given the option to go in person due to COVID restrictions.

Amazing service, decent prices, and some of the heartiest, most delicious clam chowder I've had in a long time!

There doesn't seem to be a concept to the restaurant aside from random things people may order elsewhere. Calamari "tappas" was extremely small for the cost you could pay for a full portion elsewhere. Burger was basic but clearly cooked on a flame grill as it tasted charred. The bolognese had no flavor and noodles were overcooked so they just fell apart. There definitely needs to be some changes to the menu as there's so many other places around that are simply better.

When I made the reservation I thought it was another place. I was surprised to find it is a hotel restaurant. No one at the door to check us in, no one came to us, we had to walk to the very back of the place to get someones attention and be sat. Our waiter/waitress, was very nice and friendly. The food was good, nothing to write home about but good.

The food was so so, the service was excellent. They left a piece of tin foil on a piece of cheese in my salad. They discounted it by 20% but biting into tin foil is jarring. Should have comped it.

Went to Margaux for Christmas dinner, as it was one of few places open on Christmas. Evidently several staff called in sick, so the only service staff was a hotel front desk guy standing in as hostess and the only waiter, and the bartender who also was busing tables. To their credit they made a great effort but the service was disappointing. I felt sorry for them. The food was served promptly, but was just mediocre. Maybe not fair to judge on Christmas Day.

Meh.So many other places to go. Why go here.Nothing special about the menu. Service is basic as can be. The bathroom keys don’t work, and I can’t say it’s particularly friendly.Would not recommend.Parking: Does have parking.. but that’s about it.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t say kid friendly.
