The best lobster roll place West of NH & Maine, Mason’s on 1st St., Seattle, across from the Seattle Art Museum! My favorite is the Connecticut and I “Bar Harbor”it.’That means you get an extra tailpiece and it tastes just like it’s out of the shell. The room can get very noisy. I really wish they had lobster bibs!

We really enjoyed the original lobster roll. The taste is very fresh and reminded us of travels on the east coast near Maine.

I believe this is a family owned establishment. I was wowed by the level of customer service. It has been so long since I’ve encounters such amazing service. My son and I were visiting from Virginia and on a our last day we wanted to get a lobster roll. They were fantastic! I came back the same day to grab some New England clam chowder to go. Mom had just came in and was getting thing in order. While I sat a down to taste my soup, so delicious, I saw her just as warmly serve the customers in front me. As we got up to go, she brought me over a fresh bowl of soup. :Said she wanted to make sure I had the freshest soup. I was so touched. It may seem simple but you don’t get such care in a restaurant these days. I will be telling all of my friends about this visit and I will make sure to return for some great soup and lobster rolls when I come back!

I always love getting a lobster roll when I travel to the east coast. This was a great treat in Seattle. Had the classic and would continue to come back to try other lobster rolls. Great environment and tastier rolls!

A mediocre experience- fast food lobster roll at restaurant pricing. For $22 lobster roll was on the small side but prepared well on a soft roasted buttered roll and good whole chunks of lobster meat though I had several bites that included cartilage and shell. I did notice that each portion of meat is weighed before placing in roll so I appreciate the effort on consistency. Tables had not been bussed so the interior did not feel well maintained and not many places to sit other than counter. It appeared that a single employee was doing it all and I’m sure he was doing his best. I might go back or visit another location but my first impression was less than favorable.
Hands down, absolute best Lobster west of Maine. Ive had the Classic and the Conneticut. I cant even say ones better than the other. But I can say get the Bar Harbor for THE BEST experience! It is loaded with Lobster, delicious, succulent claw and tail meat! Highly recommend, i wish i had a picture to share, but I ate too fast.
