If you order a sundae with extra toppings make sure you check the lid to make sure it is attached. I think their ingredients are pre- measured so if you ask to add an extra topping chances are it will be close to over flowing. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here because otherwise I would have to say that they make the messiest sundaes I've ever purchased. It must get all over their milkshake machine too because for something that never gets used that beast is sure as hell getting cleaned on a regular basis if not twenty four seven.
