I got the vegan hybrid ramen since I don't eat pork (pork is in all the broth of the normal ramen). Thankfully their menu is very clear about broth base.Ramen was meh. I like Danbo's vegan ramen much more personally. I didn't find there to be that much flavor in this ramen. I appreciated that our server brought us some spice to add to our ramen though. And the karaage that you can get for $6 with your ramen was sooo good. Probably best karaage I've had in Seattle. The vibes in here were nice and our servers were kind.

Everything was amazing, I ordered a side of spicy too which was very much needed. Very flavorful, very tasty, would def come back! You can also get the tsukamen noodles hot or cold! Had to order the egg as an extra, but worth it
The crew at this place are good people and the food is great. After many successful delivery orders, there was a slight human mishap on one of them (which they corrected) and on a successive order, they recognized my name and certainly made up for it. I really love this place and their folks are committed to customer service! Thanks!

We love the spicy curry ramen and always come back for it.
I have visited here numberless times since 2021. I always bring my friends here. And I would say this is the best Ramen in King County. But what happened today really hurt my heart. I and my friend visit here at 11:30. The maitre / head waitress served us. When I was trying to confirm whether the Chashu is included in the Mazemen, she didn’t answered my question but pointed at the menu without saying anything. After we finished the order, I wanna double check whether my friend’s order is included in the $6 combo. She said: “Can’t you hear what she said?”I was shocked. Never been treated like this. Also there’s no water refill.I’m here to help served. Not to be pissed off. If you are not in the right mood to serve people, if you think you are the head waitress and you don’t want to serve customers, then just stop doing it. Otherwise you will block your loyal customers outside the door, forever.

Perfect Ramen spot in Capital Hill! We had the original miso ramen, the spicy miso ramen, and the curry karaage. I also offer a lot of the classics like gyoza, sushi, and ramen without the broth. I’d recommend doing the combo which lets you get a bowl of ramen with a small version of an appetizer and drink. When it’s warm and sunny outside they open up the side of the building and let you hang out on the patio as well. They offer a good selection of Japanese beers!Vegetarian options: They have a full vegan menu and can remove the meat from any of their non vegan options.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate any dietary restrictions.Parking: In the heart of Cap Hill in Seattle so you’ll have to find street parking. You have to pay at all times besides Sundays.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is located on the first floor of the building and is wheelchair accessible.
Music was too loud for my taste, but sushi and Ramen options were great! Love the posters just music was a bit too much for me

Been wanting to try this place for a while, line is always long at peak hours! Today got their right when they opened for lunch. Chicken karaage was probably the best I've ever had, the spicy mayo sauce was great, definitely not just mayo and Sriracha. I got the hybrid dipping ramen - noodles were great, perfect chew. Broth was very tasty - not spicy at all, would maybe have liked a little more spice next time. Pork belly was nice and tender, very melt in your mouth. Would have liked a bit more caramelization on my piece. Staff very friendly. Fast service. I tried my friends tonkatsu broth - also great. Definitely top 5 ramen places in Seattle.
