I’m so happy to have found this place! It was busy during lunchtime on Friday, but our server was really nice and very helpful. All the food we chose was delicious, and we're excited to be back again!

The pho was great, the broth tastes clean. The servers were very friendly. I can see this being my go to neighborhood pho spot.

This is my favorite spot in Greenwood. The phos and the beef salad are excellent. And, the portions are big. Each time we visit I leave very full. The first time we came on a Friday around 6:30 and had to wait about 45 minutes. Since then, we've arrived earlier at 5:30, and there hasn't been a wait. So, it's all about coming it at the right time. Even if you do have to wait, I think it's worth it.

I was hesitant to try this place for too long. I think the first time I looked at the menu, I saw the $18 price tag on a bowl of pho and dismissed it as one of those gentrified over-americanized hype restaurants. That was my mistake. First, I mean this is just the price of things these days. And you can just TELL when you go that the ingredients are quality. And it's such an intimate space too. The owner was buzzing around and being helpful and friendly, and the food came out reasonably fast. The taro rolls were crispy and hearty with a good taro taste while still juicy from the meat. The pho broth was the best I've had in Seattle. It's so aromatic without being too thick or rich either. The noodles were perfect texture and the meat was tender. Not to mention the presentation with the yolk . Honestly not many dishes I could say this about but I couldn't help gobbling down a huge bowl and even with that large of a serving, could've gone for a second helping.

Discover a must-visit Vietnamese gem with a twist at this nice, clean, small restaurant. The Pho Sa Te, a fusion of Bun Bo Hue and Khao Soi, promises a unique flavor experience, perfectly complemented by their smooth Vietnamese coffee. This spot combines a cozy ambiance, inventive Vietnamese dishes, and excellent service--making it a top choice for those seeking a satisfying dining experience. Keep in mind that the wait time, especially on weekends, can be a bit long, but the delicious offerings make it well worth it. Don't miss the chance to savor the Pho Sa Te and Vietnamese coffee--they're a testament to this spot's creative culinary prowess!

Amazing vegetarian broth. I could really taste the aromatics and anise. Probably the best veggie phở I’ve had in Seattle. The basil was a fresh, generous serving.

Truly one of the best Vietnamese restaurants out there. And the people there are incredibly kind. The food is amazing, my favourite is the Crispy Tofu and Crispy Calamari appetizer, and their Pho Sate. That said, all their other foods that we've tried also taste amazing. I have told (and brought) many of my friends about this place and will continue to support this biz!

Went on a Sunday for lunch, it was about 30-40min wait. They were still busy when we left after 2pm. The Pho Special with rib had such a rich soup base, definitely recommend! The beef salad was also flavorful and paired well with the shrimp chips. There was no waiting area inside, so people were just standing at the door or outside. A bit distracting if you're sitting near the entrance.

I've been on the hunt for best pho in Seattle. This place takes the cake. It's insane that broth on a cold winter day will heal your soul! The speciality phos are amazing I tried all 3 and can't decide which one is the best but the red one is so unique. Must say the meat ratio too is worth it!
