Pizza is decent, customer service is bad. Dining room is freezing cold. People who make the pizzas are fine but the long dark haired woman in the black hat who actually fires the pizzas is so rude!! This is NOT the first time she's been rude. It's every time which has now prompted me to finally write a review. Never smiling and always condescending to every customer and also coworkers. I really can't understand how she hasn't been reprimanded for her atrocious behavior towards everyone. Ugh!

First and last time to order there. Pizza was dropped in front of the main entrance of the apartment complex not even trying to deliver it. Mid of January is a smart time to drop a pizza outside and not even dropping a note. On top of it, it was missing the ordered sauces

I don't leave reviews but this was my first time trying this place and i'm bummed. I read the reviews and saw the photos and was so excited this place looked sooo good. When I got the pizza doordashed to me, it looks like it was lazily made. I am completely missing one of my toppings, theres barely any cheese and basically half my pizza is crust. I'd understand if this is how they made pizza usually but based on the other photos, mine was just not cared for and looks like it was completely rushed. I wish my experience was better, I'm just upset because of how much I was looking forward to trying this place.

Oh my goodness! We just had the absolute best service. Everyone working was completely friendly and kind and one employee went above and beyond with cleanliness, switching out his gloves frequently as he went to avoid any allergen contaminations. It was so impressive! Thank you so much kid Pizza! We are one happy family!

Mod Pizza in West Seattle was such a pleasant experience! This location had friendly workers and fast service. The quality of the pizzas were great and it was super fast! I like that the bar offers plates and utensils. You can also add parmesan and pepper flakes as you please. Overall, one of the best locations I've been to. We parked under the Whole Foods and then walked!

Even though they were busy with orders during a promo on the app they still served everyone with kindness and enthusiasm, as a fellow food worker I try to be as understanding as possible and i only had to wait for 2 minutes before my order was ready, I'm blown away by how awesome the crew was tonight! I will be back for more yummy food!

All my favorite Mod pizza stuff, but uses noticeably less cheese than normal for a Mod Pizza place. Half of the cheesy bread had no cheese at all and the pizzas were very near bare with a very thin coat. I hope this was not a policy and just a mistake on all of our orders here

Every time I visit this MOD pizza location it ROCKS! Typically I am helped by a staff member named Emily who always greets with a smile and is super knowledgeable and kind! Now, I am very recently jumping onto the 'review' band wagon so finally sharing some feedback. The food is always top notch and that's been consistent! Today I ordered my usual Calexico with no blue cheese crumbles, extra peppers, extra Buffalo sauce! The staff helped me find the perfect modification fit for my preferences! Def appreciate the sweet n spicy red pepper add and the hot honey sauce recommendations! Love the vibe here, AC feels excellent in the summer and this location always has plenty of seating options to accommodate guests. Plenty of free parking options nearby. Great lemonade. Safe and fun environment.

Thank you to the employee today that took my allergies into high consideration! I am gluten free and dairy free and not only did she make sure she changed her gloves but she also took toppings from the prep containers to ensure there hadn't been any cross contamination!! May sound like a given, but you'd be surprised how many times I am unable to eat a meal due to carelessness. The customer service was excellent, even despite being obviously understaffed. Thank you so much!

The staff was not rude or friendly. The pizza and salad were both decent. They did not have an Italian dressing.The strangest thing I’ve ever seen in any restaurant occurred here. A person sweeping the floor took his broom and swept a couple of napkins off of a table. No one was washing or cleaning the tables. Just the guy with the broom. I’m sure this place is absolutely filthy. Won’t ever go back. I suggest anyone reading this go elsewhere too. Disgusting.Parking: Just a couple of spots in the front. Hello well I got a hybrid of the mad dog and Tristan. I got the large on sort of large it's not big but it's the biggest pizza they sell anyway. I thought it was real good I I was surprised how much I like the balsamic mushrooms. They weren't too Balsalmicy. but they were good and I put a lot of stuff on I put and spinach on it. so romaine and spinach so yeah so it's kind of salady and then I put tomato and I put both kinds of tomatoes and regular slice tomato and tomato lil pieces. okay well anyway yeah the only hitch was the hot water in the bathroom was too hot. and then they didn't put a paper thing underneath the pizza when they put in the box. but other than that that's why I gave them four stars otherwise enjoy your day happy spring. The service was good.
