I wouldn't say "many vegetarian" options but they do have a veggie and vegan ramen. They also have veggie karaage. The veggie ramen felt a bit more Korean style and there were quite a few unusual veggies in it. I also did feel there probably wasn't enough tofu in it for a full serving. That said it was good and the service and ambiance were both excellent. It's a great little stop for lunch with a friend!

Great little spot for ramen in Fremont. Casual, but tastefully decorated. The spicy tonkatsu miso ramen was full of flavor with some perfectly soft boiled eggs. They have rice noodles, for a GF noodle option. Prices are very reasonable and the service was solid.

Their tofu and vegetables ramen is to die for - I have never actually been to their restaurant but keep ordering the ramen for take out. It is fantastic! Amazing, rich, spicy broth, savory grilled veggies and yummy tofu. Will be coming back again and again.

We love this place. Every time we are in the Seattle area, we try to come and eat this delicious ramen. I especially appreciate that they have a gluten free option with their shio broth and rice noodles. Thank you Nuna for your amazing food!

Street parking which can be tricky during busy hours. The restaurant has a good amount of seating and can easily accommodate parties of 5-6, larger might be a bit more work. QR menus on the table. Spicy Miso Tonkotsu Ramen 4/5 The broth was flavorful, not too salty until near the end of the bowl but helped when eaten with noodles. Noodles were cooked to a nice chewy texture that wasn't too mushy. Toppings included, couple slices of soft pork chashu, corn, menma (bamboo shoots), kikurage (sliced wood ear mushroom), shredded radish, and half a soft-boiled egg, would have liked to see a more jammy egg. The shredded radish didn't add much to the dish but the sweet corn when drinking the soup helped balance the saltiness as well. Overall enjoyed my ramen, would come back to try other ramen

3.5 stars seems accurate considering overall experience, but I'm bumping it up to 4 since I did enjoy the food. A meal was definitely needed after hitting a couple bars in Fremont and this place hit the spot! Thankfully there were some open tables on a Saturday evening. I was excited to see that there were a few plant-based options to choose from. I wasn't in the mood for ramen, so I went with the Tofu With Assorted Veggies plate ($16.50). The generous portion includes your choice of fried or fresh tofu stir fried with assorted veggies and a hint of chill sauce, served with steamed rice. I was quite hungry and still couldn't finish my plate. There could have been a little less bok choy (I'm a broccoli gal), but that's my only food-related critique. The ambiance is not really a vibe (bright, stark) but if you're hungry and don't care, stop on by.

Short version: Food was ok nothing too special about what we tried. Service was extremely slow and seems like staffs are new and don't know much how to manage the place. Detailed version: I came to Nuna Ramen on a Friday evening. They were a little busy but not full. At the door there is a sign to wait to be seated. So we waited. 10min goes by, nobody came to check on us. It seems like only 2 ladys are working and they just never noticed us. One of them finally noticed us and then came and asked us to write our name down at the door while obviously there are open seat just right in front of us. She said it's going to be about 5 min await so have a seat. At this point, I wanted to leave but I was hungry and I really wanted to give it a try. The moment we sat our table was ready (so it wasn't 5min and we didn't even need to wait and seat, just a quick squat). On our table, we had 2 of everything: condiments, hand sanitizer, and even their cleaning spray (the bleu bottle in the picture).

Convenient location and cute atmosphere. But the ramen was salty and not much flavor. I do not recommend Nuna ramen, kimchi is a good idea but plain weird in practice. The straight noodles were weird in savory broth. Portion size was small - only half an egg!! Person bringing out food was polite but didn't do much.

I asked before being seated if they had a vegan ramen option, and was told yes. When ordering I was told the veggie ramen wasn't vegan because of the soy sauce (very suspicious). I was told there was an option, but the menu listed chicken broth, he stated that was correct. I left because either they don't actually have a vegan option or I can't trust the employee. I'm not sure which is worse, and will not return.

We were very happy with our experience at Nuna Ramen today. Our lunch choices were perfectly prepared and presented - fresh, healthy and delicious. We had the chicken vermicelli and the chicken salad. Service was fast and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This review is probably only applicable to vegetarians which is probably a small audience but for what it’s worth, here it goes. The veggie karaage and the dip that came with it were amazing. We finished them real quick. Coming to the only vegetarian ramen option - I really enjoyed the broth, it was so flavorful. The veggies that were in the ramen on the other hand did not compliment the broth well. Too much cabbage and broccoli. Bamboo shoots and mushrooms would have paired well! The tofu was okay but its quantity was definitely not enough. Not sure if they were running low on tofu. Overall I was left asking more.

Love coming to Seattle and eating real authentic Ramen noodles. This place is hands down delicious friendly staff, service was great. Atmosphere was extremely chill mode, with slight music playing in the background.

Nuna has become my favorite ramen place in seattle. I used to go Danbo or Santouka. Nuna hits the spot for a creamy spicy miso broth. I like that their noodles are cooked to an al dente.
