I ordered a whole pie and ate in the restaurant to give it the best chance. The service is great and the atmosphere is inviting. However, the pizza isn't good. The crust was dangerously close to cardboard, but the edges of the crust were delightfully crispy. The pizza was blazing hot out of the oven but the cheese was actually rubbery (think warm fresh moz). If you took a bite, the cheese would be dragged off the top of the crust. Not ideal.Lastly, the sauce was surprisingly bland and watery.

The food was very good, the service was a bit slow. They forgot to put my order in the oven because they were distracted socializing with one another, and twenty minutes later realized they'd forgot. However, they were incredibly apologetic, and offered me an extra slice of pizza or a refund, and gave me and my party desserts as we got my food to go, so it turned out to be an overall positive experience in spite of what could have been a very disappointing visit.

This Pagliacci is awesome! My wife and I have come here several times to have lunch! We really enjoy the taste of the pizza when it comes out of the oven and how fresh and delicious it is.The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is nice. I love the vibe of the place as well. It’s very laid back and casual. It took about 15-20 minutes for our whole pizza to be done baking.Overall, I recommend this Pagliacci location!

We got a couple slices and drinks. The crust had a nice texture. It was almost crispy but not exactly. Tasty slices!

LOVED...loved, loved this pizza joint! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time eating here and I'll never forget this place. The food was delicious and easy to order. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. I ordered the veggie pizza and added pepperoni, the pizza was very delicious. The breadsticks were on the thicker side with the bread but still delicious. Lots of pop culture art on its walls are pretty awesome.

One star for yummy flavor, one star for nice people, lack of another three stars for pitifully floppy unerect performance. What the heck, Pagliacci? I've been a loyal customer for literally thirty years this March, since I arrived in Seattle. Thank you for providing vegan options, as so many of us have made the switch. My pizza this evening had a super thin and floppy base. The crust was the same wonderful crust. I had to fold each slice to eat it, otherwise it was so very floppy. The flavor was still wonderful. First time having a vegan version. But I expect consistency. Not ready to give you up. I will ask for a refund if delicious but half-base crust floppy pizza is delivered to me again, and then will have to give you up. After a very long three decade run. What happened? I hope it was just a novice hire in the kitchen. This is such an expensive bummer. I don't understand. First inkling of a solid relationship almost unforgivably failing. How much more can I say to communicate that you were half of your usual self, and lost that lovin feeling. I may have to leave you. Is Seattle getting pricier in nearly every regard, but also less than before? This disappointment reminds me of old boyfriends in bed, who finally admitted that they are gay. And what Seattle is becoming, more money, less itself. Please change back, both of you, the city and the pizza.

The service was alright but man the pizza is bad. When I lifted my slice to eat it drooped straight downwards like wet spaghetti. The toppings slid off. I thought they were playing a joke on me or something, but nope that's just how they do their pizza.
