Went there on Sunday when there were several empty tables and after standing for several minutes the waitress told us to sit at the table by the door. We asked if we can sit at the tables inside since we had 2 small kids it was kind of cold to sit by the door. The waitress told us the other tables the bbq stove is not as hot. After we sat down though, another group of younger girls came in and they seated them at the table we wanted. After 10 minutes and no one came to take our order we left. Don’t bother coming if you are a family with kids. They do not welcome children I believe. We went 2 doors down and had another excellent Korean meal instead.

Bad service and the waitress doesn’t even know what promotion they have right now. The sign outside show “buy 3 get the 4th FREE!” But when we get in and ask for that the waitress said we don’t have the promotion and we showed her the picture of the sign then she went out and said “I don’t think so” and she let us order another combo instead. We ended up leaving the restaurant and having bad mood for dinner. We went to this Palmi BBQ on Monday and we went directly for the promotion but we ended up having nothing. Please well-educate all the servers know what kind of promotion you have, otherwise don’t put the sign!

the food was delicious, but the service was awful. one of the servers accidentally fell on me, and hurt me but did not apologize at all. the server did not let us order from a part of the menu, and made us order from the more expensive part of the menu. she almost charged us for food that we did not eat at all, but we were able to stop it.

Started off on a bad note. Saw the "special" sign that was advertised outside the restaurant, saying $26.99, which includes their AYCE option B. Entered the restaurant, and there were two additional signs that say the same thing. When we sat down to order, the server told us that the promotion was for last month (December). That is false advertisement. You either take down those signs or honor your guests the price that is on the posters. Just a FYI, I visited this place today, January 29th, 2024 so it's almost been a month since the promotion has ended (not to mention, there's nowhere on the posters that says "December Special"). The server said they have a different special for January, $23 for the AYCE option A, so we went with that one. If we were charged full price, I would say, absolutely do not go here. The flavor of the Ban Chans (side dishes) tasted mediocre, doesn't remind me the ones that are made from the korean "aunties" - with love. And it doesn't look and taste fresh. Typically the bean sprouts and cucumbers would have a nice crunch to them, not this place. The meat is meh, you get what you paid for. The one thing I do dislike a lot about this place is their seating. There's no walls in between "booths" so technically someone's back would be your back support.

First, this place is.....dirty. I'm not sure when was the last time they clean the floor... so my son threw up after six hrs eating at this establishment. my son stomach is sensitive. but we go to Chinese hot pot, American restaurant and my son never threw up. it must be this place being not clean.... or it might have been just my son bc all of us are ok except my stomach is not as normal. anyways, I give two stars because the server were actually kind and continually changed our grill. the reason why this place rating is low because, simply dirty. my wife asked for radish pickle and server said they were out. but to their new table they brought some so I asked you guys have radish bc other table have it. so the server brought it but my wife spit it out bc she tasted sesame oil and on top had sesame seed. and the color was different than the bottom which means they are REUSING their side dishes.... its very disappointing how Korean restaurant continuously re use their side dishes. so all the customers please when your done pile all the side dishes together so they can't reuse it again. another positive note is that it is very cheap... and the beef quality wasn't bad at all.... like I said overall this place was very unorganized and dirty and server wearing a sweat pants with indoor furry slipper for work..???? sigh.... feel bad for the owner because it feels like this owner have no idea what they are doing. for sure we will not go back... just warning for those who wants to go to this place. like I said if you want cheap all you can eat Korean bbq then go here but might be sick afterwards unless they straighten things out.....

My review is on the restaurant and staff. The place was dirty, so was the sitting and table and the staff so impatient. I had to go after the staff every single time I needed something because he wouldn’t stop by or listen to what I needed. The only time I had someone looking at me or giving a decent attention was when they requested their tip in cash (which made party was so disappointed). I must say the food was good and that is the only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars.
