The middle aged woman at the front of the service line is one of the rudest people I have ever had to encounter in food service. One could say it's a language barrier, but she will scream at you and when you repeat yourself several times she will roll her eyes and scream some more. There are alot of Panda Express options nearby, let alone other restaurants with the same fare, so I will not be back.I get it's in a grocery store on a Friday night so waiting for things they don't have or making another choice is one thing, this woman was literally the worst ever. I would've taken my money elsewhere if my kid didn't really want Panda.Gave the food 3 stars because the portions are huge.

I used to love this Panda express location. However, last year they have changed the container size for the food. Now you pay the same price for much less food. The food quality also decreased, especially the fried rice. Kung pao chicken also tastes less spicy compared to other stores. Maybe it’s a strategy to cut costs. The whole new panda rewards also provide less rewards, which is a bummer.

I order here probably 2-3 times a month with my family. Last week was the first time they messed up our online order. Love the monthly fortunes in app and the rewards system. Always a great value to order here.
There is no where to stay and eat. We drove with our family of kids only to find that there is no where to sit. Do not recommend unless you are fine eating in your car or taking to go.

The guy who does the vegetables knocks the pot? or fry pan?... something...against the wall of seating area at Starbucks...where Panda customers sit also...inside QFC.....bam! bam! bam!....pretty jarring to say the least. I told someone at Panda, but no one seemed to quite get it or know what to do... hmmm.... Like everyone's in denial with blinders on. So...I don't really trust their establishment.Happy that they are there in an emergency maybe.
This location stiffed me for the following on my take-out order, delivered by DoorDash:1. 2 orders Veg spring rolls = $4.002. 2 orders of cheese rangoon = $4.003. Teriyaki sauce for large order chicken teriyaki 4. Packets of chili pepper sauce, soy sauce, hot mustard, these were requested in the orderSince the order had apparently checked at the store, the omissions were at the store and not the fault of the doordash driver.
