I order a family size pizza almost every week and today's had about half of the entire pizza with nothing but sparse cheese. The scant toppings that were present in the middle of the pizza wouldn't even qualify as sufficient to dress a small pizza. Very disappointing ?

Overpriced and often understaffed, but trying their best. I've been meaning to leave a review on this place for a while, as I've been a customer for years. The prices on most days are obscene relative to other pizza joints in the area--on non-Tuesdays it's just under $30 for a Family Sized with two toppings. On Tuesdays there's enough sales to lower that price by a solid $10 though, so I just make Tuesdays pizza night.Under normal circumstances I'd just rant about the price, leave a one-star, and call it a day. But I just want to commend one of the employees for doing something kind today, and a review's the only way I know how. I was having a bad day today, and when I called in the lady on the other end asked how I was doing. I hesitantly said it could be better and got on with my order. 30 minutes later when I picked it up, on the way out she said "Have a better day." That's all. It stuck.Papa Murphy's, please consider lowering your normal prices a bit if you're willing to sell at Tuesday prices at all. But that aside, for this location specifically, thank y'all for trying your best. It's noticed and appreciated. Cheers.- Sam.

I order online and, while the product itself is always on point, the order is never ready until around 20+ minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Very disappointing to have to keep waiting. Ordering delivery from another restaurant would be much faster.

3rd time in a row they couldn't make my app order until I arrived. Today they lost my order and couldn't find it. Terrible service, and took my money. They wouldn't provide a refund. Stay away!

I ordered 2 pizzas 1 of which was on a gluten free crust. They put the wrong toppings on the gluten free pizza. The manager/owner came out and quickly made a new one. She was apologetic. She gave me the other pizza for free. The crew were all nice and the place was clean.

First off I arrived to pick up my pizza and was advised they did not make it because they didn’t think I would be picking up (it was before closing hours). The quality of the food was horrible the dough did not rise the pizza was dry and flat same goes with the calzone. If this store simply didn’t think they could prepare an uncooked pizza in 30 minutes they should have told me they weren’t taking orders.

These poor people. I sincerely apologize. Went here to pick up an online order and they couldn't find it. Kudos to the young girl working the register... she got it together and I really appreciated her effort. I end up just ordering the order as a walk in, but was still able to get the online rates. Then it takes over 30 minutes to get the pizza because they ran out of large size dough - all the while the store being bombarded with a telephone, about 15 walk ins and the online order machine going overtime. I got my customized gourmet veggie and get home to discover I made the online order to a different location.***Public Service Announcement*** I beg for people to go back to the service industry. They literally had 1 adult and 3 kids that were prbly working after school its sad... Papa Murphy's spent 50$ on overhead for 30 minutes and made atleast $300. Sooooo glad I tipped a couple of ones as I left!Vegetarian options: ALL food is prepared and packaged together, but you can get anything you want without any meat products.Dietary restrictions: Everything is customizable. They don't charge for substitution.Parking: In a large shopping centerKid-friendliness: They have mimi Murph pizza that are single serving and you choose your own toppings

I'm a regular Papa Murphy's customer with an account. The last salad we got there was old and the lettuce was turning red. There was no dressing available. There was no dipping sauce for the calzone.

This used to be my Tuesday go-to meal, but the Holman Rd store seems understaffed lately, so don't bother getting the Tuesday special. If you order in--store, you'll have to wait because they're backed up with online orders. If you order online, it won't be ready when you get there, and they likely made mistakes. I had 2 visits in a row where they forgot the red sauce, and then a week later they made my order with the wrong crust. All 3 times there was only 1 employee frantically making pizzas.
