I usually love Pazzos however tonight was the worst service and food ever. Sat down waiter took our orders. Very soon we received our salads, while we patiently waited for our drinks. Felt very rushed. Took a really long time to get drinks. Bar and restaurant was very slow. Drinks finally came and one drink order was wrong .Manager came over and we told her what was happening. She comped our bread ($5.00). Felt she could have done more. It was a special occasion, felt bad for the waiter he was young and brand new. Just felt manager could have done more and better.

Pazzo's is great! I love that you can split pizzas (even the small) to get 2 different toppings. I love the Miguel & my husband loves the Palermo. The Dave's Greenery Salad is so so good and the dressing is top notch. Their red wines are great (pinot noir or a chianti)The atmosphere is great. In the winter we'll sit inside and in the summer, the porch is great to watch the sunset.

I've been going here for years and I'm not sure I've ever had a pizza! The calzones are legit. Massive with a crispy dome and chewy crust. I'm personally a fan of the Sinatra - juicy roasted chicken, vibrant pesto, artichoke hearts, peppers, and LOADS of gooey cheese. So good, and reheats well in the oven if you too can only finish half because it's giant. Tip: I think they'll make any pizza as a calzone. I'm also a fan of the meatball bomb. And, Dave's salad has the most divine garlicky dressing. Do I scoop it out of the little cup with a crouton? Yes, yes I do!

Popped over from The Zoo because their kitchen was down for the night. Started looking at the menu and then asked the chef if they had a gluten-free crust...he said "we just got some in but haven't tried them yet"....so I got to be the first to try it. I'll admit, the crust was the same as I've had many other places. What I was really impressed by was that it wasn't burnt...he cooked it perfectly! The topping combination was soooo delicious. I picked the DaVinci from the calzone menu and he turned it in to a pizza. We devoured it and can't wait to have it again!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free crust!!!

The neighborhood place in Eastlake! Always seeing friends. None of that "My name is ___ and I'll be your server" because there isn't much turnover of wait staff. Pizzas are excellent, prices are reasonable, atmosphere is comfortable for all. Kids are welcome and rarely bratty. My kid celebrated his first legal drink there. Every neighborhood should have a Pazzos!Kid-friendliness: This is a tavern. Yet kids have birthday parties here. Everyone gets along. No one group of howlers ever dominate.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. Street parking out front. Bathrooms might be non-ADA, but they seem reasonably close to compliant.

Came here after work on a Saturday around 9. The current rating at the time was 3.5 stars so mixed with the absolute empty atmosphere at 9 on a Saturday I was quite scared. Ordered a calzone and saw a man walk out in a white “wife beater” tank and immediately felt safe in my choice to dine here, and I was right. After eating the calzone I had to sit and wonder what could have this place so empty, absolutely amazing food and easy service, will be back soon.

I'm never disappointed when it comes to the za at Pazzo's! Perfectly melted cheese, well-balanced quality ingredients on every slice, and the prices are worth the pizza coma afterward. Stop by for happy hour, and you'll be elated ??!

Great place to stop in for a drink and a slice. Nice bit of outdoor patio that has sunny evenings and a few TVs inside to catch the game.

I first went to this place in 1993 - and it's still around, so that says something. Food is great and great selection of beer on tap. If you're there with multiple people, definitely get a mix of pizzas and calzones - the crust is amazing! Salads are great too. Location is great too whether driving, walking or using public transit.
