Very friendly customer service and always welcoming. This is outside seating only, but they do also have a covered area with picnic tables and a few ceiling heaters. This time around I tried their corned beef sandwich they were offering for St. Pattie’s. I wish they had this all year long it was so delicious! Like all their sandwiches, piled high with meat, with a mustard aioli. My favs at this place are their baby backs, potato salad and mac and cheese. Generous portions that last me more than a few days.

Spud - Beef - Medium. A baked potato with cheese and sour cream smothered in beef brisket. Nothing else like it in Seattle. I was in line behind Tom Douglas last year, doesn't that say enough?

The meat was awesome but the beans and hot links steal it. Dad was born in Tennessee and I get on the smoker too so I'm very picky on BBQ. Would definitely come back.

Had the food truck. All the meat was very good. The only bad part was the sides. They were just okay. I could easily make better sides at home. I would still eat here again for the meat. It’s probably the best I’ve had in Washington so far.

Food is amazing, for a long time I stuck to the pulled pork sandwich, but listened to the clerk one day about recommending something new….. pork and hot link on a giant spud… buttery, cheesy, spicy, damn grubbn!!! Cold day, take home/office. Can get busy around lunchtime.
