They have chosen to not pay for those items (since June 23) and are using the items provided to operate their appliances and continue to profit from them. Seems that supporting this type of small business that does this to other small business wouldn't be the best idea.

My husband and I are visiting from Chicago and stopped by Pecos. From the minute we entered the restaurant James and his team were awesome and extremely helpful!!! They provided the absolute BEST customer service since we’ve been here!I had never tasted beef brisket before and OMG it was so delicious !! The brisket and the ribs were extremely tender and flavorful. I am so full of deliciousness it is unreal! I will definite plan a visit to Pecos every time we visit our daughter in Seattle.Jackie & Darryl

Some of the best BBQ I’ve had west of the Mississippi. Good quality, full of flavor. The staff is super kind and checked on us regularly, offering refills, ensuring everything was ok, and engaging with the kids. They definitely have an owner mentality.

Got the Mac and cheese with brisket. Thought it was a little pricey for the quality. Noodles were overcooked and mushy. Sauce was very salty.The first guy that took our order was friendly and had a great service.My buddy ordered something Togo after our meal and they forgot about it. After probably 20 minutes she checked and they forgot and made it up. Gave a dessert as an apology m

1/27 Saturday I got an order Thur the drive through(1/2 lb pork dam hot extra messy) and the lady that took my order and didn’t ask to make sure then charged me for a gorilla sized sandwich (20$ 5$ more then a 1/2) didn’t get the sauce right or the extra messy and it wasn’t even a gorilla sized just a 1/2 Lb. Terrible service and a willingness to fleece you and then never ask. 0 stars don’t go, SODO pecos is actually good service and good food don’t go to the west Seattle one.

I'm from the south, and I can tell you they have some of the best bbq that I've had in Seattle. Potato salad taste like home. Brisket was moist and the link spicy!Kid-friendliness: Almost low level corporate feel, plenty kid friendly
