I’ve been coming to Pegasus for the last 5 and a half years and it’s always my go to place. The baristas, Apollo and Eugene are so fabulous. They remember their frequent customers, their names and their orders. and welcome anyone and everyone who walks into the door. They want to get to know their customers. Even being in the middle of Pioneer Square, Pegasus has always brought me a sense of calm. I’ll always go back to Pegasus, no matter what!!!
The espresso is not that well made, and is over-extracted and watery.

I had a 2 day video shoot to do for work and their cold brew kept me going for both long days.Highly recommended if you want a reliable coffee that will keep you going!

This place is great to have a conversation and working. Good atmosphere — local &down to earth.Love the art decor featuring local artists. Great coffee as well. My usual is an oatmilk latte but I recently tried their rye whiskey caramel latte, it was SO DELICIOUS!P.S. don’t forget to check out all the magnets on the espresso machine.

Love this place so much. Apollo, the manager, is so friendly and kind and makes a phenomenal cup of coffee. I moved to CA and still come up Pegasus every time I come to town. Their espresso is so smooth, never burnt or too aggressive. And the atmosphere is so nice-especially the upstairs with the nice windows and comfy places to meet. Love it so much.

Thankfully, at Pegasus I don't have to choose. The vibe is easy and relaxed. Eugene is so kind, and Apollo is always down to chat reality tv with me - what more can you ask for. BIG recommend!

Between the personalized customer service and the house made caramel, I find it hard to justify going to any other café when I'm at the office.I'd recommend a caramel latte and some banana bread. But if you're feeling adventurous, Apollo's barista special has never disappointed!
