I had been looking forward to coming here for months. I'm visiting from out of town. The food was okay but why no actual silverware, bowls, or glasses? The pandemic is long over. With so many choices in Seattle, I don't need to go to a place that uses plasticware and plastic containers to serve food. I would have also liked some Eastern European beers. That would make sense in a Russian restaurant.

I was very excited about this place, the food sounds good, but the presentation for these was pretty terrible - see photo. They are just gnocchis stuffed with tiny meat balls, which was okay but not great. We went on a sunny Saturday afternoon and the place was empty the whole time we were there, and there was only 1 employee who hid in the back the whole time. Weird place, won’t return

This is my first time trying dumplings here and they are amazing! I ordered the Khan dumplings as they most closely relate to the Asian dumplings I'm used to. However, I definitely want to go back and try other styles. In fact, it would be awesome to have a sampler platter with two to three of each dumplings style. That would be dumplings to my ears!

Would not recommend this place. We came in to an empty (no staff or customers), not very well lit restaurant. After a bit, the person who was working here came back in with his dog. Not really hygienic, but I wouldn’t have minded as much if the dog was not whining and barking the whole time. The food:I had the traditional beef pelmeni. Way too much vinegar, way too much dry dill (this is the first Russian place that I have eaten in that has used dry dill instead of fresh), small pelmeni with dough that was too thick. My husband and kids had the classic and Mac ‘n cheese dumplings and they were also disappointed. I also ordered the fries and the carrot salad, both of which were lacking in flavor and the salad was on the bitter side. If you want true Russian dishes, I would look elsewhere.

Weird experience. No vibe at all on a Saturday night, quiet inside. Website misleading, promising a nonexistent happy hour and lower prices than what we found in person. Dine-in food served in plastic takeout containers. Service was super friendly, but slow as there was only one person working front and back. Food was tasty but not enough value for price.

I had high hopes for this place. I was secretly imagining my stepmother’s scrumptious pirogies, but realized this was different right away. These are Russian. And they are spiced! Yikes. I took a shot and tried the vinegar dipped little dumplings. Sure to be mixed with sour cream and butter! Yum? Well, if you are a fan of (red?) vinegar, you are in luck. These little dumplings taste so much like vinegar, I didn’t even realise I was eating meat dumplings even though I ordered the potato! Lucky me!

It's ok. Maybe it went downhill or maybe it's been a while and I don't recall my memories correctly. I'll always pop in for a beer and some dumplings when in town but it's not super great.

Terrible food!! The guy cooking has his dog in there with him in the kitchen. Please.. I beg of all the ppl to avoid this establishment, it's not worth your time or money!! Dump-lings aren't good at all, tastes like rubber or plastic!! It's literally pure p*** !!

I've had their pierogis some years back, and I still think of them and crave them. That is how good they are! The prices are good and you will be satisfied. Pierogis are delicious little balls of starch (and meat, potatoes or veggies), and it really sustains you. In my home country these can be found readily, in many flavors. It's good to have a place that serves them freshly-made and just as good as I remember them to be. Ambiance is casual and hole in the wall. You can eat the pierogis on the go.

Wouldn’t label this as a Russian restaurant. Photos looked more appealing. Portions a bit smaller than

Overall, this place was very disappointing. I remember waiting over 30 minutes for the food, when there was hardly anyone there, only to watch them dump a bag of frozen dumplings into a pot. The food was half cooked, and there was hardly any of it. It’s just not worth it.

Not Russian pelmeni at all. Too much vinegar was added. Initially, there may have been an idea of Russian food, but the recipe was lost and forgotten.
