The food is good but the guy that serves the food is very rude , this is the second time it happened , I let it go the first time thinking he was just having a bad day or something but today it happened again , not sure I will going here

Food was decent, but got horrible food poisoning the day after. I should have taken the "Okay" food safety rating seriously.Avoid this filthy place like the plague.

The worst Pho I've had in Seattle right next to one of the best. I have no idea how they're in business.

I used to swear by Than Bros, but for the last few trips to this location specifically, something is different. The broth has been very unsalted and the quality, service, etc. have gone downhill. There might have been a change in ownership? Only one man was working there and many drinks we tried to order weren't available either. It's a shame because Than Bros used to be my favorite.

service was incredibly fast, not even a few minutes before the order was at the table.that being said, the broth wasn't what I was expecting and the meat was pretty overcooked and dry.if youre in dire need of a place to get a quick bite this place will fit the bill, but otherwise I think there's probably better options

Don't be looking over my shoulder just to pressure me to tip the amount you want. I tip 18%-20% everywhere I go, especially small businesses. As soon as you saw I tipped 20% after starring u comfortably at me at the register, you walked away without even a thank you. starring at me with extreme close proximity to pressure people to tip is wrong.

Horrible!!! Worst pho ever. Please never waste your money. Medium was smaller portions than kids size anywhere, broth was so dark… which means it might be cooked over and over and over again.

Fremont Than Brothers is a public health nightmare and a disaster in plain eyesight. They have employed people who cannt understand ANY english. The guy gave me meat broth instead of Veggie broth and had no idea what I was asking for. He kept making sounds when I asked Mark the box that had veggie broth, without actually understanding anything. Btw, I am allergic to meat. It can kill me. Both employees there were wearing gloves in the name of food safety, but mopped the floor, cleaned dishes and handled money and paper wearing the same gloves….. touched literally everything Plus customer food with it. I dont know how this place is still open. I request at inspection and immediate shutdown of this place to save public health.

Tastes fine. Just didn't get an extra noodle when I ordered it & was charged for it. I got 2 XL with 1 extra noodle, and it seems like both portions are same.

Went to this place as it was highly recommended by one of our friends for pho. So, after enjoying the food, my wife had to use the bathroom but unfortunately was locked inside. Obviously she was quite nervous for a while but thankfully she was out after a few mins of struggle with the door lock. We weren't complaining about the door or anything, just trying to get help from the guy who worked there to figure it out. We were just relieved that the ordeal was over but the owner, or whoever he was, was so rude that I could easily see the aggressiveness in his eyes and body movements. He couldn't speak English but he was so angry and was gesticulating wildly and saying use your brains in a scary manner, and seemed like he wanted to get in a fight with us almost. I wish I could rate this restaurant 0 because of his behavior. Frankly speaking, totally worth visiting for pho but I truly think self respect comes first so I would never visit this place again, which has such a psychopath serving food with no manners and respect for others.

The pho is amazing here. Some of the best food I have ever had. The one thing is that you'll need cash, as their card reader, at least at the time, was out of order.
