I’ve tried pie bar twice and have read fantastic reviews. Sadly every-time I’ve visited I’ve left underwhelmed. The pies are too sweet for my liking and are on the pricier side based on quality. Workers are very friendly though.

Needed to get late night pie for pi day for emotional reasons and thankfully they were open and still serving slices. Even with a long and ever growing line service was fast and the pie was tasty.

Usually when you go to a bar, you can get a drink of your choice. This is not a pie bar. This is a place with a window that had two options or maybe three for pie. We don't know what was going on in the inside, because we just wanted dessert, however, we ended up walking away. I don't know that I would return and honestly I can't say whether or not the pie was good because we didn't get anything. It was kind of confusing on whether or not we should go inside of the establishment, or walk down to the window.

It's a cute, underrated and underground joint. I love sitting at the bar, the chocolate pie fixes boy broken hearts :) and I always meet the sweetest people hanging out there.

Regrettably, after standing in line 20 minutes outside to get a piece of pie to-go, I was definitely disappointed with the end product. I ordered the mud pie, but at the window they said they were out of it, so I moved onto the coconut cream pie. The pie didn't really resemble a pie piece when I opened the container, as seen by my photo. The worst part of this pie was that the crust itself was way underdone. The crust was white in color, someone took it out of the oven way too early. This was my first visit and I had high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell short for me.

The original pie bar in Capitol hill. Seattle is the only Place I go and when you just need a fresh hot piece of pie to make everything better with a outstanding atmosphere. It is without a question the best place to be. And it's definitely my little hideaway!!!!!

Such a cute place! Went with my daughter who just turned 21. She had a Moscow mule and I had an Apple Pie a La mode. People were so nice and great music (80's)

What a neat concept! Pies and pie cocktails. The pies are very delicious, drinks are on the sweeter side. The only downside is the space is tiny and seating is not optimal.

Small and quant little bar with a few table and bar seating. Very cozy vibes and chill music. Drinks were just ok for me, we didn't drink too much but the apple pie mule was pretty sweet and the espresso martini was definitely stronger but couldn't taste too much of the espresso flavor. Pie was excellent, loved the deserted island pie. Pretty winning combo of drinks and good pie. Would def be back for more pie and friends to try out more of their drinks

For all the right reasons, friends have recommended Pie Bar to me. Pies and drinks, what's not to love? Since I didn't have time during my previous trip, I knew I had to visit while in Seattle! Pie Bar gives off the perception of your family's kitchen but with a hipster-like twist to it. Tiny in size, close and intimate seating, with the aroma of freshly baked pies and chatty diners filling the air. We came on a weekend night and were seated immediately. Workers were friendly but service was a bit slow as they were busy juggling baking and crafting beverages. I came with my companion and Seattleite, Jennifer L. We all enjoyed libations and pies. The companion and I split a slice of the Desserted Island Crumble. Topped with crumbs, warm and gooey, and a sweet messy goodness; he and I devoured it. My friend enjoyed a slice of Pumpkin Pie--it was nicely spiced. She stated their apple pie is divine. For those into drinks, desserts, and nightlife Pie Bar is a lovely concept in Capitol Hill off E. Olive Way with parking in the neighborhood. You'll find sweet pies paired with drinks, divey dine-in or to-go options, and decent service depending on the time or day.
