I ordered an Italian sandwich online for pickup. It was ready on time and I thoroughly enjoyed it when I got to Sea-Tac. Being 1 block from the University St light rail station made a quick stop on my way to SeaTac easy.The fudge chocolate cookie was sinfully good too.

I'm an admin and whenever I order Potbelly for meetings, people always rave about it. I'd also like to note that the folks here go out of there way to help a girl out. Catering and ordering is a breeze. I had a last minute large order and when I called in for the request they were so kind and truly helpful. Excellent service and delicious sandwiches - they're worth paying a little extra.

I went here to pick up lunch a week ago and got a BLT sandwich. The staff was kind and helpful during the order process. Prices were a too high for the value, similar to many other spots downtown.The reason I chose to write a review is because while I was eating my sandwich, I bit down on something I at first though was a tough piece of meat, turns out it was actually some sort of plastic wrapper which I thankfully didn’t swallow. I prefer to handle this directly with the business, however, I left feedback on Potbelly’s website over a week ago about this and have not received a meaningful response. All I got was a voicemail saying “This is ***** from Potbelly, call me back.” I left the number a voicemail less than 10 minutes later and never heard from them again.When somebody finds plastic in their food, especially a bag that poses a choking hazard, management needs to handle the situation more attentively than this.

Chill and kind staff, good sandwiches, pretty fast service, and slapping sweets. Got the Mediterranean a few times which is good and tried the smores cookie for the first time and it's amazing.
I ordered a Veggie melt and it definitely did melt in my mouth!! The freshly sliced avocado was awesome! Wondering why I didn’t try this place before

Unfortunately I ordered the turkey, avo sandwich today and I 100% regret my order. I never want a sandwich with luke warm meat with Swiss cheese…it was a gross taste
The sandwiches were great but the service was absolutely terrible.

Sandwiches and soups are aren't too bad but not far off from a regular subway. I would've had an ok experience here if the service was good but it wasn't. We were the only people ordering in the place and three girls helped us out. We ordered with one girl then another one rang us up and had us repeat back to her everything we ordered...again. That was annoying. We sat down to eat and noticed they gave us the wrong salad too so we had to get that fixed. They didn't give us the drinks we ordered. Just very unorganized and seemed like the workers were not very well trained. Spend your money elsewhere.
