10-15 minute wait with a pager for a simple Americano. Needs to get its act together and operate more like a coffee shop than a bar

Awesome experience. Loved our coffee and croissant here. Great baristas and beautiful inside. The changing train board was cool.

Rating is a 1. We were really looking forward to visiting Starbucks reserve. When we got there they a paper closure note on the door. No mention on their website or Yelp. Very disappointing.

Cool vibe, and the live-fire was great. Service nice and ultrafast. Coffee, like usual at Starbucks, good but not excellent. Only thing I disliked were the unisex bathrooms, I get the idea, but I just couldn't feel very confident on it. My opinion only.

It is an ENTIRE vibe and experience! Great place for a first date, after work hour spot or a place to simply chill and unwind. Sexy, chic, contemporary industrial space, which has a full Bakery. They offer Italian baked goods: Paninis, Olive Breadsticks, Pizzas (Sicilian style) & other fresh sandwiches. Their Bar serves Aeperol Spritzers and a Seattle based Gin (Big Dog), which is very Junipery and strong. It is the base of a number of drinks. We had Martini Espresso (it IS Starbucks), Cold Brew Rum (VERY GOOD), and a Sparkling Sakura Mimosa (Prosecco) style drink. They are also open to free-styling if you want to be adventurous. Our Bartender Syd was phenomenal! Professional, yet engaging to everyone, quick and efficient. She had great suggestions and never missed a beat or a customer's request! They also have Coffees available and Imported Olives and Olive Oil. They have chic coffee accessories and unique gifts, especially some of their clothing items, which includes a Fly Rustic Industrial style Apron! And there is a large FREE PARKING LOT! THIS entire experience was FANTASTIC!!!! A Seattle MUST!

You ask for a salad and you get lettuce hearts which you have to find a knife to cut all the leaves. Seriously

We were expecting a sit-down restaurant, it's not. Mostly it's a selection of cold sandwiches which were tasty but would have been better warm. Separate long line for cocktails. Very crowded due to Mariners game, so there was very limited seating.

New experience. Seems to be A copied fusion of Nespresso and Eataly. Fine dark wooden interior, Italian delicacies, fresh pasta, and: surprisingly enough good coffee ! Actually we only wanted to buy the Seattle ‚been there‘ series little ornament mugs, had been chasing them down across Seattle. We hoped to be lucky at headquarters…. But, no. Not available… This shop made an excellent cappuccino, at the right temperature. Very often the shops have too hot coffee with way too hot milk. This one : just perfect!

I had to file a complaint. I've been a loyal customer of SB for over a decade. I haven't had access to my online SB rewards account for close to 6 months. Recently contacted SB customer care twice about updates on accessing my account. The issues remain the same. It's a simple fix with updating new ph# to my account. But once I log in it's STILL trying to authenticate me w/ my old ph# even though it's been updated to my new ph# long before.

Really a 3.5but there's no way to pick that rating. I am rounding up because there are no good lunch options on a Sunday in that area of SODO except for Macrina. So it's nice to have something new to try (before you head to Costco or Home Depot or antiquing) Pros: * friendly helpful staff * Big space inside and great seating outside. * cold pesto pasta salad was yummy. Would be even better with the addition of something crunchy like pine nuts * has vegetarian options. * Caprese sandwich looked good. We didn't want a cold sandwich but in hindsight, this might've been a better choice than the pizza. Cons: * The pizzas were lukewarm. Which was surprising because we saw pizza coming straight out of the oven that looked hot and we picked up ours as soon as they said our name. * Pricey as Starbucks usually is. A lunch with two ice teas, two pieces of pizza, and a half portion of pesto pasta salad was almost $40. * no order ahead via the Starbucks app.

It met our expectations EXCEPT I wish there was a way to reheat the coffee that for cold by the time we were not even a quarter of the way through .

I love Princi because it has delicious italian pastry and I always enjoy food here. Last time I was a little dissapointed because I ordered my favorite lasagna, but the portion this time was smaller compared to the other lasagnas that I have tried here before. The bread was different too. I added some pictures of the lasagna before and you can see the change of the portion. Hope they give more lasagna next time or I will stop ordering it even though it is my favorite lasagna in Seattle. Apart from this I would like to add that the service here is excelent, the drinks are very tasty, fancy and not as expensive as other places. I love the store and the place in general is perfect to study or to hangout with friends!

This SB Reserve isn't quite as big as the other Starbucks Reserve on Pike St, as this one is inside Starbucks HQ. The food is just as good though. Had the pizza & lasagna, as well as the Chai Nog & the Sb Reserve Boulevardier. The drinks were made perfectly, and the food was good. The pizza wasn't super filling, but was good. Nice, quick stop in SoDo if you want less hustle & bustle. Also free two-hour parking!

High quality pastries baked on site. Best tiramisu I've had in my life. Will definitely go back to try more items.
