Great date spot, always quick service, decently priced compared to others in the area. I'm a wine snob and would recommend to family and friends!

Purple cafe literally fires people if they are straight white male christians. This is a bigotted establishment, don't support hate and bigotry at this level.

One of the coolest looking restaurants I've been to. They have this staircase showcasing their wine and it's quite the site. Like that they pair wines with their dishes making it easy to determine what wine to have with your meal. Had the fried chicken Romano and it was super delicious.

I was here for a conference event! So I didn't try any food but the wine selection was great. Our sommelier was amazing, I think her name was Jenn (I can't remember) but she was amazing!!! I enjoyed learning the history about the various wines, I could tell she was passionate about her job and truly enjoyed sharing her knowledge with others. The restaurant was nice we were at the top area so we overlooked the entire space. I would I love to go back and dine there if the opportunity presents itself.

This place has massive metal doors and everything felt very industrial and metallic. It was very busy when we went and raining outside. We got window seats and managed to enjoy a nice dinner while watching the Seattle rain. I tried their scallops and vanilla bean crème brûlée and both were great!

We’ve eaten at Purple a couple of times now and we’ve been impressed with the service and the consistent quality of the food. The decor is urban chic with an impressive wine tower that dominates the great room. I started with a Purple salad which was delicious. I moved on to one of the dinner specials, which the night I was there was a mushroom gnocchi in a cream sauce. It was rich but delicious. The proximity to theaters and the quality of the food and service make this attractive restaurant an easy choice for us when we visit Seattle to watch a show or a concert.

A few steps away on my fiancé birthday, we knew that purple would be the perfect place to celebrate. We are not big wine, drinkers, but love the atmosphere and large pain glass to bring in the natural daylight of this place. Up until our visit we've only been to one located in Woodinville. But we've never had the opportunity to have a sitdown dinner like this time. We both ordered a couple of cocktails , two of the cocktails were absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend. For appetizer, we shared the sautéed calamari which is a dish that we for sure will keep coming back because it is so flavorful and who could say no to garlic toasted sourdough bread!? For dinner we both each had separate entrées; I chose the short rib pappardelle pasta and the birthday boy chose the seared black cod. To be honest, his selection was very delicious and I would eat that dish every night. I found the pasta to be a bit seasoned, but other flavors pulled through from the short rib. First birthday dessert, we chose a chocolate dessert and lit with a little candle. Thanks to our server. The service was great, although a bit slow since it was busy, but not an issue for us as we absorb our time in this beautiful place together. I highly recommend if you are reading this review that you should come visit purple for a lunch or dinner date. it is also a great place for large groups so a company luncheon or happy hour would be very suitable.

Nice date night place. Our server was amazing too. My boyfriend had seafood and loved it. Not for vegetarians, the server suggested Gnocchi to be most flavorful but there was no flavor in it, as a main course it was boring.Vegetarian options: Large vegetarian selection, however the food was bland.
