We had such a great experience here. The Cesar salad dressing is on point, love me a good salad. The mussels in the coconut curry broth were great too!

Good location. Lots of parking. Right on the water with a beautiful view. Ambiance is nice. Food is good. I wish they had caesar salad and more pasta dishes. Waitress was friendly but service was slow for a Thursday. Will definitely return!

Upstairs is busy, no reservations, was full at 5 pm. Staff obviously work hard and are efficient and pleasant. The beet salad with citrus was particularly colorful, flavorful and fresh - I hope it makes it onto the regular menu. The King Salmon with beurre blanc was filling and perfectly cooked and deliciously fresh. So were the scallops. The "Smokey Jim" lime and bitters was pleasant with a complex flavor that complimented the seafood. The decor doesn't look like it's changed for 40 years, but the view is a really pleasant panorama of Puget sound, so you're not looking at the decor much anyways.

Just had a birthday lunch celebration for 28 people in the party room. Sarah was so helpful organizing it, and on the day her team did a fabulous job bringing everyone the food and drink they wanted very promptly ( not easy with a big group). The food was delicious, five star review all round. Highly recommend.

This place continues to impress me! The service is excellent and the views are unmatched. I ordered the Albariño to go with my poke bowl and I enjoyed it so much. Sometimes an afternoon on the water goes a long way.

Our Anniversary dinner was superb, our waiter was affable and made us the feel like we were honored guests. The menu provided compelling choices, and we were quite pleased with the selections we made. The familiar Puget Sound view from our window table added to what became a most memorable evening.

Ray’s has always been my go-to dinner spot in the summer for the best outdoor patio in Seattle. The food is no longer what it used to be and the service is not great. The five stars are for the patio-if you are wanting some after dinner dessert and coffee or a drink, this is the place to go during summer.

It's a sunny Sunday in spring and only half the deck is open and it's a 50 min wait. I don't get it. Maybe try closing half the bar so you can open up a deck that clearly everyone wants to enjoy. Plus, $13 for a "happy hour special" is hardly a bargain. Maybe it would be worth it if at least I could enjoy it with a view from the deck?

TripAdvisor rates it #3 with a score of 4.5 out of more than 1800 restaurants in the Atlanta area. For the cost conscious and value minded, they are up front about the typical price range running from $20 to $46. With this in mind add desert and that could potentially raise the price to about $60. I imagine having a set menu for special days like valentine's day allows a restaurant to focus on but a few items to accommodate as many guests as possible. With an advertised meal calculated at $60 per person, a Fixede Menu price of $120 for this special day is not that far off. Since both the salad and main course each state choose two, one could easily get the understanding that the price was for two people. I even went back afterwards to review the menu. I could not find where the price was per person. After all, that would be twice the normal price of $60. If the meal included two items, then we are each short one item (as displayed on the receipt), or a refund of over charging. Besides the price gouging for a special day my largest issue with this upscale restaurant was the shoddy service. There were two couples seated, and we were seated between them. One couple had placed their order and we witnessed the other placing their's. That both were served prior to us was not surprising. What was surprising was that both were served prior to our order being taken. Yet a third couple was seated, order taken and they too were served prior to us. The initial server rarely showed again. One of the extras (not the young lady that took our order) actually brought out our food. The original server did in fact return after our meal was served with my wife's drink. Drinks were ordered before the main meal. The meal itself was wonderful. The service was subpar based on reviews of the establishment. I'm not sure if the pricing was intentionally misleading, the description was misunderstood, or if there was an error in ringing up the meal. Our server seamed to have abandoned us as we had to flag down another server to retrieve the bill as well as to check out. This is not the service or experience we expected.

Food was overpriced for the quality. Fishy-tasting Salmon is a definite NO. Salmon should taste like an attention-getting rich and satisfying high quality steak of the marine kind. Every bite should make you grateful for access to such a feast for tastebuds. My first thought was, "Is this farm-raised or Atlantic Salmon?" but then I remembered the menu said King Salmon, though I am pretty sure it didn't state if it was "fresh caught". The whipped mash potatoes and handful of green beans were underwhelming.

The beautiful setting alone would have been adequate.   Sunny breezy day directly on Puget Sound,  what else could you ask for?  But here was also creative cocktails and superb food.   We began with a Sunset Sour which was tequila,  port and lemon, and a buttery glass of Chardonnay.   The Greek salad was perfect with an abundance of kalamata olives.   The salmon was cooked perfectly and served on a mushroom ragu and corn,  great combination.   We also tried a Thai inspired dish of clams, shrimp and vegetables in a spicy creamy coconut curry sauce and the requisite rice.   Our ending with an affogato was just right.  And the service was beyond our expectations.   We loved it all and will definitely be back when we are back in town.   Thank you!

Just the thing if you need a warm welcoming spot with delicious menu, gracious staff, burning fireplaces and incredible view of puget sound. Fresh bread, great seafood pasta, try the melt in your mouth crispy calamari.
