One of the best bakeries in Seattle. The pastries consistently look and taste great. The vanilla pastry cream in the eclairs is very good. The danish has the perfect flakiness and texture. Have also tried the pumpkin tea cake which was flavourful and the perfect texture. Long lines but it moves fast due to the quick service. We usually skip the coffee and have only tried the plain lattes.

Killer bread and pastries and absolutely delicious pastries and sweet treats. This is clearly a huge neighborhood favorite so get there early to stand in line. The super friendly service more than makes up for the wait. Not a ton of space to sit inside without being bumped into, but there are a couple of outdoor seating options.

The incredibly bad news is I found out that Rosellini's has a deliciously moist decadent chocolate cake that I can get by the slice. I can't think of another place I've tried that is on par or better. So now I run the risk of getting this any time I experience the slightest life hiccup where I justify getting myself a little treat. It's going to be a problem. Also, the morning bun is always a yummy choice. Cinnamon sugar with a bit of orange zest. This place is delightful.

Absolutely worth the hype. Stunning pastries and quiche. You can tell how much attention to detail they give to each pastry and their technique. I would be here every day if I lived closer.

Quiche was wonderful. Kouign-amann was not as sweet, crunchy and flaky as others, Almond chocolate croissant was pretty good. The rhubarb pastry was good.

They burn their croissants. All of them behind the case were very dark and the ones I bought had a burnt taste to them. Aside from being extremely expensive. And the espresso was bitter. I won't be going back. The only reason I went there was because Larsen's bakery was out of the items I wanted. The croissant on the right is how a croissant should look not overcooked and burnt. The one on the right (or below ) is from the local competition.

Caught the pastry shop a little late in the day so the selection was mostly sold out! But I enjoyed my almond croissant very much!

Prepare to be ruined for any other cake, because once you have one of theirs, everything after will just make you sad.

This place is truly so good. At 2pm the croissants are still amazing and just as good as if they came right out of the oven - the crunch and flaky layers! My favorites are the chocolate almond croissant and kouign amann. You might be waiting in line for 5-10min but the quality and craft of their pastries is worth it.

Their croissants are insanely good! Flakey and buttery! The vanilla latte is smooth and delicious. The place is a little small but has a great neighborhood feel. Also lots of passing dogs to watch! I will definitely be back!!

My favorite neighborhood spot for a coffee & pastry, or a fresh loaf of bread. Get there early before they sell out! Seriously amazing croissants, better than I had in Paris. Not much seating so you'll have to take it to-go, but nearby Salmon Bay Park is a great spot to enjoy your goodies. Their coffee is fantastic, and the chocolate, caramel, etc, syrups are all homemade and so decadent if you like a fancy latte.
