Be careful with staff, they might steal your sunglasses. Hubby left his sunglasses at the bar just before closing, we went back the next day just before they open and of course we didn't find them ? ...

Fun spot for some decent food and the rum selection is interesting and vibrant with many choices and flights to choose from. Decently priced for the area and solid service. Would recommend and try again.

First time visiting Seattle and this was walking distance and thought we'd pop in. It was a Monday so the speakeasy was closed. But still enjoyed our time without a reservation walked in and sat immediately. The host was friendly and also took our orders which was simple enough. The ambiance was fun and pirates decor was cool. It was guest bartender night and they gave her a round of applause which was kinda cool. We tried 2 drinks the Puerto Rican Pina colada and the Surf School Swizzle both were very good and very strong. They say "Rum forward" for a reason. The banana foster with coconut ice cream was a nice snack to kill the rum taste. But it tastes like fair fried food so if you like greasy fried banana go for it.

Cocktails were so yummy. Emapanas and the tacos were also really good.

HUGE rum selection and all of the cocktails are incredible. The vegan sliders are one of the best things I've ever had fr. Cute spot for a date night or just to go out with friends. Definitely busier on weekend nights but super worth it :)

We came here on a whim with friends when we were in the area and highly recommend this place. The quality of the food and drinks was bomb, and we loved the vibes. The service could have been better, but it was a busy Saturday night, so it's understandable that the server may have been overwhelmed. We loved the decor, which went along with the Caribbean-Island vibes and music. FYI, if you come here, getting some drinks at Inside Passage next door is a must, you will not regret it!

For a moment I wondered if I was back in Miami's culinary embrace as I sipped on stellar rum based cocktails in Rumba's thoughtfully curated dining room. Careful not to peek out of the windows too often, one just might convince themselves turquoise Caribbean waters await just outside the doors. Only as the food arrives does the realization Rumba, in fact, resides in Seattle. Underwhelmingly spiced and reheated Jamaican patties with refrigerator-cold centers follow an onion dominant ceviche featuring pitifully juvenile shrimp. Including salty mariquitas almost brings on enough nostalgia for a good review, but not quite. Perhaps next time I will try Rumba's decidedly inauthentic $18 "Cuban Sandwich" featuring shredded pork, bacon, and sauteed onion. Perhaps not.

Amazing cocktails! You can taste the fresh ingredients they use and the service was awesome. Definitely try the painkiller! The speakeasy inside was also very cool and had great drinks as well. Worth the money 100%.

The menu is small but everything we ordered was excellent. They accommodated our early evening 10 person party and the service was excellent. Fun atmosphere but not too loud. Drinks are pricey, but very tasty.

This cocktail is a delight for the eyes and the palate. Sit at the bar and chat with the friendly bartender, who might surprise you with a complimentary daiquiri shot.
