3.5 Stars Trendy cafe with eclectic decor (fake plants, cartoons, selfie booth,Taylor Swift cardboard cutout (?) ). They did an incredible job on the branding (coolest logo ever)! The Banh Mih Dip ($15) was super tasty, thought it was priced a tad on the high side for the size. Unfortunately, that specific day I was also hoping it would be a healthier option than it was but ah well lol, gotta live. The description said it would have a slathering of pate (I love pate) but it really was more mayo heavy if anything (was the pate forgotten? hmm). It was delicious dipped in the broth (the soft crispy baguette soaks it up). Sort of reminded me of a cheesesteak. Really messy to eat. The brisket was on the fatty side, which I prefer - yum! BF got the chicken vermicelli bowl ($17) which he enjoyed. They are very busy, limited seating inside. Located in pioneer square. Order a the counter and the staff bring your order out with a smile :)

Great service, GREAT food. The vibes are right and everyone seemed really happy to eat here and work here. There was a constant stream of people coming in during the 40 minutes we were here. Super quick service too. The food safety rating on the door is OKAY but don't let that fool you. This is a great place to try if you're a pho or banh mi fan. We ordered the banh mi drip, piggylicious, side of fries, and a Vietnamese coffee. Everything was delicious, I would just add fresh veggies to the drip if that's an option because I preferred the balance of fresh crisp veg on the regular piggylicious.

Holy crap, I had the best banh mi I've ever eaten from Saigon Drip Cafe! No, seriously. You need to eat here at this charming, trendy eatery in Pioneer Square, which serves the most delicious Vietnamese eats and has Vietnamese coffee! My colleague recommended Saigon Drip Cafe and mentioned that the banh mi was delicious. I was hesitant at first because I don't really like banh mis, which is crazy because I like sandwiches, but I guess I just never had a banh mi that made me a fan. Until now. Since Saigon Drip Cafe is conveniently close to my office, I decided to check it out for lunch and when I came here on a Friday around noon, the place was already packed. Almost every seat was taken when I visited, so get here early, folks, if you want to dine in during the lunch hour. The place is on the smaller side, too. I ordered the banh mi drip, which was the brisket banh mi with pate, onions, mayo in a toasted baguette AND, the best part is the side of beef bone marrow broth to dip it in and sip on! I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee with cheese foam and since I checked in on Yelp, I redeemed a free appetizer of my choosing, so of course I chose the popular fish sauce chicken wings. After you order and pay at the counter, an employee brings your order to you. And once my food came, everything was neatly packaged, in case I wanted to take any to go. But there were no leftovers to be had of this banh mi drip. I took one bite and was immediately hooked. HOOKED. First of all, the toasted baguette was incredibly fresh and was perfectly baked. I saw that they make the baguettes in house and I almost took a baguette home because this was so good! Plus, the brisket was sooo tender and delicious, and although the sandwich itself was simple, with not that many toppings, its simplicity is what makes it perfect because you really savor the brisket, especially when you dip it in the beef bone marrow broth. The broth is very flavorful, too, and comforting to sip. The fish sauce wings were enjoyed the next day, and they were solid. If you like fish sauce, it has that sticky, fishy, sweet glaze on perfectly fried chicken wings. I can see why people dig it. And you know the Vietnamese coffee with the cheese foam didn't disappoint. Strong coffee and I love the salty-sweet cheese foam. In addition to fantastic banh mis, they have a variety of phos, bowls, appetizers, and a bun bo hue, which they serve as family style and only on weekends. Ya gotta visit Saigon Drip Cafe for some bomb ass Vietnamese food. And since this is next to my office, it'll be an incentive for me to actually work in the office versus from home. Damn.

Bomb Banh Mi and spring rolls. This place stays consistently busy during lunch for a reason, it's that good. I got their iced coffee as well, the seal can the bottles, it was strong and tasty. The team working is quick and super friendly. Overall, highly recommend if you are in Pioneer Square.

First time trying and will not be the last! The baguette was nice and crunchy but soft in the middle, and the meat to veggie ratio was spot on! Very pleased with our visit and we'll order from Saigon Drip again.

Got the Brisket Banh Mi with pho dip, Carmalized Fish Sauce Chicken Wings, and Steak Pho. 10/10 for all of em, especially the Banh Mi--super tender and the pho dip made it even better. Prices were really good, you'll definitely be full, and the space is a vibe.Ran into the owner Khanh, and met Jasmin and Phu as well---everyone there is all amazing and kind!Seriously go visit they're so good
