Fantastic experience at Samara. I’m already looking forward to coming back again. Everything we ate was executed to perfection: cooked to the perfect doneness/temp/texture, flavorful but balanced, perfectly seasoned, just the right portion size, and beautifully presented. 10/10 would recommend.

The salad was good. The floors were dirty, and they didn't get my order right. I intended to pay for the food, not on the order, but they told me too many different stories, so I walked out hungry.

My dinner here was the most impressive meal I've had in a long time. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the vegetable dishes. The meat and cocktails were also great. Definitely on the pricier side.

We really wanted to like this place. The food was pretty solid, despite them having 86ed multiple things. However, the full staff (our waitress and another that stepped in) were very abrasive, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable with even the most basic request. We might be back in a little while once they turn over the staff.

Service and ambience were great. The food was mid, especially for the price.

Very well designed dishes, both from presentation perspective as well as combination of ingredients that created amazing experience. Service was flawless and friendly. A strongly recommend establishment that we will revisit.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. A very nice looking, relatively small room. Cocktails are nice, kinda stiff (I will admit I'm kind of a light weight). My favorite dish of the night was the Heritage Grilled Pork, actually a selection of pork cuts and a sausage with carrots and beans. It's kind of a pricey place, so we won't be back every week, but we will look for an appropriate occasion. They add 20% to the bill for service. Given the quality of service, we had no qualms about that.

I had a mistake through Resy with my reservation and when I called to introduce myself and ask for it to be corrected, the owner was insulting and rude and actually called me names. He basically said because there was an error in my reservation and I didn’t show up they didn’t want my future business they had canceled my reservation for a Saturday night without even giving me a call. So sad, and embarrassing.

Great place to enjoy an excellent dining experience with a big group. Amazing vegetable dishes and salads with complex flavors, yet simply put together. Heritage meats prepared in a wood fired brick oven. Impecable service.

We went for thanksgiving dinner.Food tasted very average. We were served a 4 course meal for $95. Turkey with bread stuffing was not that great. However, the sunchokes were the highlight (very delicious)We found a hair in the food. There was also plastic kind of thing wrapped around a hair in one of the drinks as well. I would not expect this from such a high end restaurant. The service and ambience were great

Cute and cozy upscale restaurant in the sunny hill neighborhood. The exposed kitchen adds to the homey atmosphere. We had the sunchokes, duck, and pork and they were all fantastic! Sunchokes and duck aren't something I make at home so I especially enjoyed those. There is an automatic 20% tip here but the service was prompt and professional.

That was the best meal I have had in years. I allow for fine dining once or twice a week as my only real vice. Had the Bison medium rare and the olive tapenade with herb infused crackers. I wish I had a better and more explanatory version of the dishes but they were amazing, with a nice smoky undertone as they are cooked over open wood burning flame.
