Good sandwiches. Really busy, but hey that’s a good problem to have. Worth a try.

I tried it once when they first opened, and the food was very mediocre. I decided to try them for breakfast the other morning, but after allowing me to order online and charging me, they were not even open. On the positive side, they refunded me fairly promptly the next day.As a side note, Full Tank Coffee, which operates out of the brewery in the morning, was friendly and offered a solid coffee option.

We were really excited to see this food truck pop up in Lake City, in the lot of Project 9 Brewing. We came for the burgers but, unfortunately, they were sold out. We ended up getting the Timbo and the Tre with jalapeños added. We also asked about this aioli-looking sauce and were told it would come with the fries we ordered with our sandwiches. The wait wasn't too bad, maybe 5 minutes, and we went home to eat. We were really, really frustrated that after talking about the aioli, there was none in our bag - neither fry had any sauce. The fries themselves were great - tasty and crunchy. The Timbo was good and came with a side of beef sauce to dip it in, but it had waaaay too much lettuce on top. The Tre, which was a cold cut, had a delicious inside but there was way too much bread IMO. Maybe next time I'll get it toasted because the meat to bread ratio was just off. Can't wait to come back to try the burger and that darn aioli. Hopeful the attention to detail improves!

Prices are more expensive than Portland location and it looks like they don’t even put as much pastrami in it. I was happy one was closer but I’m not paying more for less. When you go to McDonalds you get the same thing at every location, idk what you guys are trying to pull. I rather pay $20 for the same thing rather than getting gypped.

Phenomenal Food served up here! Anything on the menu is in play. I Cant wait to try some of the other items. Personal favorites are the Pastrami Zombie and Da Burger. Don’t forget to add pastrami to the burger if you go that route ?

Excellent sandwhich spot. I love the pastrami, tuna and beef sandwiches. Giardiniera is great and love the house made meats. Please support this delicious food truck. Staff goes above and beyond and super friendly. Also, generous portions.

Got the tuna melt with avocado and a side of fries with zombie sauce. Total was $30 before tip. The avocado was almost non-existent and the fries were soggy. This place is normally solid but really disappointed today.

I've had five of their sandwiches and only recommend three: the cubano, porkstrami (sans arugula) and Timbo. I'm docking points because they've been open for a year and their full menu is still not on chow now. Ordering ahead is not possible via phone because it just goes to voicemail. I've been told multiple times that the manager is aware that their menu needs to be updated in Chow now, but it hasn't happened yet in 2024. So you have to end up ordering in person and that can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. I even placed an order once with chow now, and went there and they were closed during hours that were posted to be open. Had to dispute it with my credit card company because Chow now was useless in resolving it because they couldn't even reach the restaurant. I would give them so much more business if they would fix these things.

Good not great. Ordered the Chicago Italian Beef with provolone. The individual ingredients are solid but not composed well. Seems optimized for having ingredients that are useful for multiple sandwiches at the price of under-performing individual sandwiches. Not sure why a sandwich served with a dipping sauce would be topped with small-diced veggies that immediately fall off when you attempt to dip? And the Italian seasoning is clearly sprinkled on in a single layer rather than integrated into the meat and other toppings. I would be OK paying for the limited quantity if it was high quality, but it wasn't.

Excellent Italian beef sandwich. It's a food truck outside an excellent brewery, Project 9, so grab a sandwich and fries and order a good beer to go with it.

Wow. The burger was so good. Added jalapeños and it was so spicy, in a very delicious way. This is actually my first review...the burger was so good (and the yelp reviews so mediocre) how could I not say something???

I love the original Sammich location in Portland. I am a sandwich guy and the couple times there I had some of the best sandwiches of my life. I was super excited to see this location open at Project 9 because I love their beer but the sandwiches have really disappointed. I have had 3 and each has been not good. The pastrami has been really tough and rubbery, almost feeling microwaved. I hate to give a bad review, but in this case the food quality is just not there. On the plus side, the fries are really good and pair very well with a pint of IPA.

Pro tip: Despite the name, go for the Cubano, it's one of my favorite sandwiches in Seattle. The adjacent brewery has ample indoor and outdoor seating plus free play arcade games!
