My son came home extremely sick after eating at this establishment. Food poisoning, it had to be reported to the Health department. Do not recommend.

The food was ok but the portiona are way to small for the price. Waiting was terrible. And I wasnt offered to add anythung to my burger. Five Guys at leaats aska if you arr sure you do not want to add toppings. Being my first visit i disnt know I had to.The staff wasnt exactly that nice either. Definitely my last visit the only reason for 2 stars is the shake was top notch. Definitely do not recommend this place. Johnny Rockets was WAY better in all aspects :/

After hearing all the hype, I was excited to try Shake Shack. I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries were uneventful but still better than other places that use frozen crinkle cut fries. The burger however was very well balanced with the ingredients and the bun was soft and sweet but the beef pattie was very good and tender and like no other I've had. I would definitely go back.

Always delish! Great GF buns, shakes are yum. Service is always friendly. Very consistent across locations. Have eaten there in about 5 cities and always good.

Had lunch there this past Monday , Out of all the Shake Shacks I’ve visited (10+) , this place is by far the worse . The SmokeShack burger was not hot , only warm but greasy. The fries I had were not freshly made , soggy and also greasy , the whole meal was a smoosh of grease. The only thing that was quality controlled was the milkshake , sadly.

This was my first time visiting a Shake Shack. The burger was very tasty, but very small. The fries were perfectly crispy, but tasted like fish. I don't think they sell any fried fish products, so I'm not sure where that taste would be coming from. The employees were all very nice, and doing well considering how busy they were.

Since first tasting a Shake Shack burger in London, I’ve been looking forward to a location opening near me in south King County. It’s my 2nd favorite fast food burger (In-N-Out is #1 for reference). Like my favorite, burgers are cooked to order, but without the longer wait time in a standard restaurant. Today’s was a little overly sauced which kept the rating a 4 instead of a 5. Crinkle-cut fries can be hit or miss. This visit they were fully cooked and not too crispy. Black & White shake (upgraded to a malt) was a tad thick and since long handled spoons are not offered, had to let it sit a bit before it could be enjoyed through a straw. Polite and professional order taking; name was called and another friendly worker handed me the order. This is in the food court of the Southcenter Mall, so not much “atmosphere”.

We finally got to check out Shake Shack and see what all the hype is about! My husband and I both got the Shack burgers which has cheese, tomato, lettuce, and special sauce on it. You can tell the burger patty is of good quality. The burger was delicious, I just wish I would have gotten onions and/or pickles on it to add some zest to it. We also decided to try the Korean BBQ fries which were interesting... the seasoning tasted like spicy ramen packet seasoning and the sauce that came with it was funky. I couldn't quite figure out the taste of the sauce- it reminded me of the salad dressing you get on a side salad at a teriyaki place. I wish they would have served the fries with a type of bulgogi sauce, but the fries themself were tasty and well cooked. We will be back!
