today was my first day to visit the top of Columbia tower in downtown Seattle. My favorite place on earth was the top of the space noodle since I first went there in 1962. I have now decided that my favorite place on earth is the top of Columbia Tower they have a fabulous lounge, cocktails, and drinks and bites to eat plenty of space to sit and watch the spectacular view. I will be coming back many times and will bring my friends, fabulous, friendly people behind the bar and eatery.

For a breathtaking 360-degree view of Seattle, the Columbia Observatory is a must-visit. I recommend choosing this observatory over the Space Needle, as it offers a superior view at a more reasonable price. Tickets for the Columbia Observatory can be booked through popular travel online services like GetYourGuide or Viator, or directly on its website. Additionally, there's a bar on the top of the observatory where you can enjoy the skyline while having a drink or a meal.

What an incredible experience! It takes little time to ascend to the 73rd floor of the Observatory. The 360 degree experience is awesome. There are explanatory panels all around the observatory. The food and drinks are excellent! We had the Sparkling Haze, raspberry Italian soda and the pepperoni flatbread - all great. The bartender created the drink menu and she is super talented. Can't wait to get back for more views - oh, and it's almost twice the height of the Space Needle. Such a bargain!

Not what I expected. For being twice as tall as the space needle I expected the experience to be twice as grand, but it fell flat. The sky view observatory just seemed like an after thought. The elevator ride was windowless, dark, and boring. There was no line to get in so that was our first clue to skip this attraction. And to top it off the bathrooms on the 73rd floor were in terrible condition.

As a tourist it can be tricky navigating areas and understanding the area you are in. However to celebrate my wifes bday, i decided to come here and oh man…Destiny at the bar really made an impression on us. He friendly vibe, knowledge of the city and just overall personality was just great. Her mixology skills were top notch and i really enjoyed the staff. Thank you for an amazing experience ?

Beautiful 360 view of Seattle and neighboring cities. We went during the day. Definitely recommend it. I'm sure during the night the lights are breathtaking too.

Visited the Skyview Observatory in Columbia Center and was blown away! Here’s why:- At $50, the value is unbeatable for a view from 937ft up (285 meters). Outdoes the 605 ft Space Needle.- Stunning 360° panorama.- The café’s offerings are a cherry on top.- A hidden gem towering at 285m, crafted in 1985, it offers a superior vantage point over Seattle.Don’t miss this breathtaking experience!

This was a lovely experience. I went by myself to try something new. I have a piece of Washington from the high up....The wonderful staff took pictures of me (Mary/ Chelsea) And the staff of top made delicious drinks quick fast... ? Destiny was really Professional and soft-spoken... She really did help my experience greatly... I recommend family friends even proposals at this location..

Better value than the Space Needle. Both are different experiences. Roomier than the Needle. No exterior walking path so different interaction with the elements. No views from the elevator. Furniture could use an upgrade or two. Bar and food service not set-up for high volume IMO.

Me and my partner arrived on a Sunday evening to Skyview Observatory, which, to our surprise, was not as busy as we anticipated. It may have been due to the cafe’s POS system being down & thus no food/drink service. We stayed for the views, however, and were greeted with amazing service by Todd once the POS was finally restored and service could continue. Todd thanked us for our patience and served us a great pepperoni flatbread with our Peach Rainier cocktails.Todd is the goat

Excited to visit the place, we were hosted at a close by hotel so we left in a run to catch the sunset. Payed 30$plus tax for an entrance which included a 5 dollars consumption. The whole tour took us 5 to 10 minutes , and we wanted to settle for a glass of Prosecco with a great view. We’ve been asked for id s and we had only electronic copies as we are tourists. We are 3 ladies in our late 30’s. Ended up with energy drinks instead of throwing the 5 dollars coupons. Very few options to purchase. Souvenirs could have been an option, but the souvenirs….as per photo. ? Ruined experience, no flexibility from the bartender. The experience is not worth the money.
