Snowy Village is a unique spot that serves a variety of bingsu flavors. Parking is accessible and there always seems to be a line. The store itself was very crowded. You order using a machine and they’ll call your number. I have to say it was a decent wait once we placed our order.I came here after breaking up with my boyfriend, and it definitely made me feel better about life. They have an option for everyone, but today I needed Oreo. Some days strawberry or taro just doesn’t cut it, and you need that dopamine-high-American-processed-artificial-flavor that Oreos give you.Good portions, the smallest size was enough for two people. Somewhat pricey, but ice cream in Seattle is already overpriced and this is a step up.I’ll be back and hopefully it won’t be after a breakup!Parking: Lots of parking on street in front

Would recommend the 인절미 bingsu (classic). Appreciate that you can adjust the sweetness. Strawberries in the strawberry bingsu were pretty tart. Taiyaki dough seemed exactly like puff pastry (had lamination), and the shape was a rectangle. Beware that even the single size is large for one person.

Don't expect any face to face service, they only do ordering by kiosk. It's quick if you already know what you want. Always super stuffy and humid inside when we visit, luckily there's a surprising amount of seating and we can almost always find a spot to sit down. Crowd is almost always college kids, especially past 8pm.
the dessert was delicious, I got a large mango to share with friends and it was so big it could have fed one or two more. but.. the price? horrific.. $18 for this. especially steep because it is almost a fraction of the cost compared to other locations. why are you hurting college students pockets? although it was very good, it is apparent students prefer more cost-effective sweet treats as this place seems to never be very busy.

This place is very tasty and a cute cafe! I think the desserts are overpriced for a single serving. Would recommend sharing one dish with a friend because $15 for ice cream is ridiculous.
Only downside is it gets busy because it’s so good!

Cute restaurant but it wasn’t worth it. We got the Oreo lite (a single serve) and it took 45 minutes. Other people were also left waiting a long time and when we finally got the dessert it wasn’t great. It’s a shaved ice dessert so not a lot of flavor - just tastes like you’re eating pencil shavings made of oreo. Plus, we got it to-go and the packaging was just an open box (not great). So, we ended up having to eat it there because we couldn’t walk with it without it falling over and making a mess. Not a great food experience but the people who worked there were nice.

I came here excited to try their shave ice, and I must say, it didn't disappoint in flavor and quality. However, the long wait of an hour took away from the overall experience. It was noticeable that the staff, busy with preparing orders, couldn't manage to greet customers, which added to the sense of disorganization. Moreover, seeing the staff looking overworked made me feel quite concerned. Despite the delicious shave ice, these aspects have led me to decide against returning, hoping for improvements in the future for a better balance between service and quality.
