We visited the restaurant after a layover to catch a flight out of Seattle. We went for lunch and my burger was under cooked. We went back for dinner later and half of my dinner was burned so bad I couldn't recognize what was on my plate. The worst part was they didn't offer to make it better. To add to that the price was not worth the money.

It was in the evening & We wish we would have asked the name of our server. She was delightful. She had served us before & we truly enjoyed our service & food.

Overall this is a good place for dinner. The service was outstanding, the guy taking care of us was great. I had the crispy skin king salmon and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken and was not impressed. I imagine the steak would be great but it is a little pricey. If you're staying around the airport you could do a lot worse than Spencer's. I'll have a steak next time.

It's within the hotel, but it looked nice. We sat down and waited over 13 minutes before any server showed up. The food was ok, but honestly, it wasn't as good as expected. The menu was limited, and drinks too.

Some of the best food and service I have had since 2020. Everything was amazing except the carrot garnish was old and chewy. I'm not gonna take points off though because high tier service is so rare these days and the steak was absolutely perfect.

There was a decent selection on the menu, and the food was pretty good but nothing great. The prices were absolutely exorbitant. For the prices they had on all of the menu items, I would expect it to be a 5 star restaurant. All high priced entrees came ala carte, and the sides were so expensive for what was offered.

We had a delightful waiter. It was a very quiet night for the restaurant. Wedge Salad and clam chowder were delicious. Scallop dinner was also tasty. Lamb shank was a bit gamey tasting and asparagus were old and very fiberous.

Service was great and staff worked as a team I sat and waited a bit as another group was monopolizing the host and waitresses time, bartender slipped out to support. Food was decent, but nothing special and very expensive (I did not order the steaks so maybe my mistake). Wine was stored too cold to really enjoy. Cocktails done well.Restaurant flow comes off a little too open concept; it's a dinning room in an oversized hotel lobby. Feels a little cheap and off balance, could use a redesign.

BAR SCENE REVIEW. Most underrated SEATAC bar, definitely worth the trip, or if you are a Hilton guest its unnecessary to go wandering around looking for a cool spot (like I did for years). Cozy atmosphere, good bar bites, burgers, select dinner items, nothing fancy pants though or you will be disappointed. Sandra the bartender (sorry I may have forgotten her name, she is from Columbia, you will know…) is amazing, one of the nicest people you will meet and offers great service, is highly attentive and good company.Breakfast has always been iffy – difficult service. Food, meh. Listen, folks up that early in the morning are heading to the airport to catch a flight! You may sit there 5-10 minutes before you see a server so bake that into your travel time to the terminal. The main dining room/dinner menu, I am not a fan – the kitchen does not put out consistently good food, I fear they know generally, hotel guests are a captive audience so my guess is the restaurant manager is not on top of things. I did some research online about Spencer’s for Steak and Chops and was thoroughly confused. I thought it was a chain but could not locate one sole website with all of their locations, only independent franchises popped up. I have been to several around the country that are MUCH better; Salt Lake City for instance is a significant step UP from Seattle. If Hilton manages this one, the GM needs to step in, if Spencer’s is leasing the space, well, the owner should be more involved. In any case, for dinner and a game at the bar, try a Burger, NY Steak, Fillet, Rib Eye, or Roasted Chicken. I tried one of the Pappardelle dishes once it was very good. The Farmer’s, Caesar, and Wedge salads are all very good. For appetizers go with the Crab Cake, or try the Buffalo Chicken Wings which are excellent, they will prepare them extra crispy if you ask. I hate undercooked slippery wings! 4 stars, bordering on 3, but the bar service was an add-on. Good bar vibe, friendly company, they aways have a game on.Very expensive $$$ price value proposition. I cannot believe the prices dining out anymore, maybe its just my tab everywhere now. $143 dinner for one, and a few drinks… included tip. Ouch.

Incredibly disappointing. Our waitress told us that steaks are cooked on the rarer side here, so we ordered medium and medium well. They came medium well and well done. While our waitress was friendly, the restaurant was not busy and service was very slow. When you’re spending $200 on a meal for 2, you expect alot better than what we received. If this is truly the best steakhouse in Seattle, IF we ever return, we will most certainly opt for seafood instead, and we will definitely not dine at this establishment again. I always try to find the silver lining, so I will say that the French onion soup was divine, but that is the only positive I have, and it’s certainly not enough to entice me to come back. Save your money for a restaurant that doesn’t leave you disappointed.

We had a family dinner in the Spencer’s steak and Chops restaurant in Seattle and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious , the service was very good and the ambience is also quite good. We had stayed at Hilton and this restaurant became an obvious and excellent choice.

Omg the steak I had was to die for. Only problem, I asked for my steak “Oscar’d” and then a side of asparagus, and I was not told the Oscar comes on top of a bed of asparagus. So quite a lot of asparagus. But delicious all around
