Popped in on Wednesday as it's close to where I'm staying on my temporary relocation. The staff, the atmosphere, the beer are all amazing. Will continue to go back while I'm in Seattle.

We had a great, relaxing time at Standard Brewing snagging a beer and doing some research. Didn't try any food, but the vibes were chill and beers refreshing.
Scott Jordan
Tasty brews, friendly staff, and great people watching from the windows.

The sandwiches are so good!!!

Laid back, casual, simple place with a good selection of beer and snacks.

We went there on a whim and everything was 10/10. Great beer, incredible food, and great atmosphere (check that electric fireplace that was throwing off a lot of heat on a cold day).My friends and I really liked the tortillas chips for the chips and salsa. Such a small thing but had us questioning how they were made because they were so good. I also had the quesadillas which had a crispy cheese shell—delicious. Definitely would recommend Standard Brewing.

Great beers, good cocktail selection and possibly the best tacos in Seattle!

The Tacos are amazing and like nothing else in Seattle. Don't expect traditional tacos. Place is cool people are nice, and I'm sure the beer is great. Can't wait to go back for Tacos AND Beer.

Update to my review from 2 years ago: Their food has somehow gotten even better. Chris makes the best tacos in Seattle. Seriously. I always get the fish and the "fat hen" tacos. The green sauce is sublime. Beer is still good. Service and general environs and friendliness is still wonderful. But the policy of keeping the door open through the cold winter is the reason I dock a star and probably won't come back again until summer. Come on. We're all vaccinated now six times. Can we just go back to normal and not shiver in the cold??? Please???******Really well decorated space with nice wood tables and candle lighting and a nice wood bar to sit at too, as well as patio garden seating with heating lamps. The beer is very good (and I'm a bit of a beer snob), both with their own brews as well as bottles from their sister brewery Sovereign Brewing, which specializes in sours and funkier stuff. The staff are very friendly and take the time to learn your name and remember you when you come back. The customers are friendly and chatty too. Just a great neighborhood bar. I had the farm salad with kale and fennel and it was one of the best salads I've ever had. My only complaint is that it was quite cold last time I went as they kept the front door propped open.
There isn't much selection of food items, but what they offer was really nice (we had a French Dip variant, which tasted awesome). That's the balance they need to strike with a small kitchen. Overall atmosphere is cozy, with natural wood and several tables. An upper area that opens to the outdoors during summer (enclosed and heated during winter) has additional seating. Beer selection of a dozen brews was great and certainly has something you'll like, from dark, Amber, IPA, Porter and more. Try it! Very happy we went, and we will be back!

Man. This is a hard one. So close to our house (end of the block). Why do I always feel like I'm an inconvenience to be there. Should be a local. Try and try again. It isn't.

Drinks were tasty, food was delicious. Only downsides were that you are expected to bus your own glassware and dishes, and that I was overcharged by $30 (two drinks I didn’t order or receive) and the bartender had a bit of attitude when asked to recover the receipt. However the management who I spoke to afterward were kind and able to give me a refund! Overall, great drinks and food, just the minor hiccup with the check.
