The one time I go to a Starbucks for a fall drink and they don't have the ingredients that they have signs for

I don’t post often Starbucks reviews, but this one well deserves this mention. Coffee is well you know exactly what you are getting, plus usual snack selection, but the main reason to visit this shop is the staff ! Very friendly , always with a smile and make your day merry despite what mood you walked in. Thank you for this experience, as it makes such a difference! Keep doing great work !Vegetarian options: Limited but possibleDietary restrictions: Gf, df, vegetarian and vegan optionsParking: Hard to findKid-friendliness: Who takes kids to Starbucks?Wheelchair accessibility: No problem

Starbucks area manager needs to read this! We were staying at the Lotte hotel opposite this Starbucks. Every morning we crossed the road from our hotel to Starbucks and attempted to order the baked apple muffin which was displayed. See the photos. Every morning we were told they were sold out …until our last morning…when I asked, how come these are always sold out…why don’t you have them in stock, we come every day to try and buy them? We were told that they do have them in stock, but that they are frozen and we were asked if we would like to buy a frozen one! I asked if they are able to defrost frozen ones in the microwave? We were told that they are not able to do that, and that it takes them many hours to defrost. I was astonished, they clearly never defrost them and WHY have one on prominent display, when customers can’t buy them because the staff can’t be bothered to defrost them? As for the coffee, they have proper usual Starbucks white mugs on their shelf behind the counter but when I tried to order my coffee in a mug to enjoy indoors (instead of in a paper cup), they told me that they are not allowed to do that. We were having it in NOT takeaway. So we had to have our coffee in a paper cup, which is wasteful and begs the inference that this branch just don’t want to wash up used coffee mugs. It is not as if they didn’t have enough staff, there were six of them working there, see the photo. They all seem to be running around doing nothing much. In the UK, I am have a gold card because we go to Starbucks so often, and I have to say that the quality of service, coffee and restaurants is so much higher in the UK than this one in Seattle, where Starbucks first started. Unbelievable, that was the first! This Starbucks branch is absolutely dreadful, the staff don’t care, it is take it or leave it. If the area manager wants to know why they don’t sell more apple muffins the answer is that they keep them frozen. There were not many customers as yet. There were six members of staff behind the counter. I’m not missing able to wash mugs instead of wasting paper cups and can’t one of them when they can see they are selling out of pastries start the defrosting process? Why bother offering items for sale, which they keep frozen?

Convenient Starbucks location, opens early. Friendlier than average staff. Close to the UPS store on the bottom floor.

Moses and Emma provided great customer service. Probably one of the better Starbucks I have been to. Coffee was mixed (not layered like others) and food was neatly prepared. Also a very clean facility.

Don't spend your money at a place that has no respect for working Americans. I really don't like their bitter tasting coffee anyway.

Roosevelt Starbucks: it's time to bring the tables & chairs back & recreate Community. Since there were no tables & chairs I went outside. The few benches were occupied by homeless. So I pay $3.50 for my coffee but the homeless get to sit down and I don't? Having coffee is all about relaxing. Why can't you hire guards and boot out any non paying customers instead of just taking away the table and chairs? You are responsible for making a happy place for paying customers to enjoy coffee. Since you haven't, I'm done with Starbucks. I ended up taking my coffee to Whole Foods where they provide a pleasant cafe area. Next time I'll buy my coffee there. What made Starbucks great once was the pleasant cafe area. Can't believe you took it away at Roosevelt...

I have been to hundreds of Starbucks and think this joint by far has the greatest services. Staffs are extremely friendly, they make coffee and heat food quickly without chatting with each other. Today, I was leaning against the wall for a few seconds while I was waiting for my coffee. Two staffs asked me if I needed water or would like to expedite my order.
