This location is great - everyone who works here is so fast and efficient, but more importantly, they are kind and sweet. Specifically, Caleb always greets you with a smile every time he's working. Everyone there is the best!

Terrible customer service. Asked for a water with 5 scoops of Matcha. Rang me up for $1. Then after 5 minutes of waiting, asked me to come back to the register to re-ring my order up. Ended up charging me $7.55 for a “custom iced latte.” In what world is a iced Matcha water with 5 scoops of matcha considered a latte and cost over $7. What terrible service!

Everyone at this location is always super friendly and helpful when asked about which new drinks to try. The speed of service is quick, and my beverages taste great.I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. Perfect ratios of oatmilk/ice/espresso. I prefer a bit more cinnamon powder usually, but the caffeine was really what I needed to continue through my day.Definitely would recommend as a quick to-go store!

All the sb's close to me are closed. This was the nearest. I use a powerchair so it was quite a hike.Being a senior 70 yo, disabled Vietnam Veteran with my service animals we needed to relax and drink our beverage. I was approached by David, Supervisor I needed to leave, they don't have accommodations for someone to hang around. Mind you the place had customers just picking up drinks. We were next to the window using the ledge for our drink. I need one hand for the service animals and one to control the power.This is very disheartening.Wheelchair accessibility: Apparently there is none!We can serve our country, become disabled for our country but not allowed to drink at Starbucks bc they've removed all the seating.

I will have to say, this Starbucks location can get really busy during the morning rush especially since it is connected to one of the hospital buildings part of Swedish First Hill Medical campus. So your best bet is to probably order ahead on the app if you can to save yourself the long wait in the morning. Otherwise, the service is good, the workers are very friendly, and they try really hard to keep focus during the morning rush; ultimately getting the job done. So definitely 4/5 stars. The toxic trio served us this morning. What is with the energy here? I hope they resolve their issues. The barista made our latter wrong because he was so distracted he forgot to put the pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup. We didn’t notice until it was too late to turn back. Also, don’t let the pictures fool you. They have no chairs or tables and I was told they would not be returning. No place to eat or drink at this location.
