Service was the worst I've ever had. The person wouldn't even look at me when she took my order and I had to ask twice and still had to wait for orders taken after mine and it was only for the kids cake pops!! I won't go back!

It’s fine but service is very slow. Drive thru is always prioritized leaving those in the dining room waiting for 15-20 mins per order. I also noticed that if I sit down, that makes it easier for the baristas to forget since I’m not waiting by the pickup area. Disappointing.

I’ve been there at 10am on 16th. They said they ran out of a free red cup. ?It’s the event day and they should provide it enough for customers. Seriously?!? It’s just 10 in the morning!

I love it here but they take forever and I wish corporate would help the management put better training and process in place. They are just so slow. Toasting a bagel took 14 minutes.
So hard to go through this drive thru. Terrible set up...service & coffee are as expected.

I went thru the drive thru and was specific about my order. 12 oz breve latte no foam, with six raw sugars. I pay with my Debit card and tell the cashier that I do not tip on drive thru. He reassures me that no tip was taken and gives me the receipt. I taste the latte, and there is much foam. They give me the new one and I go on my way only to discover that there is much foam. I take it back and speak with the manager, he gives me reasons as to why they can not separate the foam. I point out to him that all Starbucks use this really big spoon to hold back the foam. The barista makes me a new one and sure enough she used the really big spoon to hold back the foam. I put the six raw sugars in and go my merry way. I check my bank account today because I have this rule that when it comes to restaurants I do not pay with my debit card. Too much can happen. Long story short, I check my account and they charged me twice on something I should not have been charged for because they got it wrong twice. That makes them thieves. I filed a claim with my bank and my bank put the money back into my account. People be very careful when paying with your credit ot debit cards because there are thieves out there. From now on I will stick to my rule and not pay by debit or credit cards at restaurants, coffee.

This is our go to neighborhood Starbucks my friends and I go to and hang out. Ive been coming here since they opened, but never noticed the surveillance camera inside until today. See pic its in middle of room hanging down far enough to have a 360 view above large table in center.Wow, no privacy even while drinking coffee and conversation with friends.Coffees good , but Starbucks has really raised prices to high. Starbucks coffee is in competition with the price of fuel. lol.I think we will look for a local place to go to were not monitored. Not posting in store that your being monitored, disappointed.
