This is an update on our review from a year prior. Food, drinks and service is still superb! Some items, like their Farro Salad could be seasoned a tad more but overall, very healthy and filling. Very hearty! It's also easy to carry, as we took most food on the plane. The sandwiches needed no condiments, as the Focaccia and Croissants were well buttered. Both had levels of salinity that made for the perfect bite. A bit of Arugula and Red Onion would have made them perfection, as it would've cut the richness in both. The Mushroom (Funghi) pizza was massive and abundant with earthiness. The Bartender was on point, friendly and knowledgeable with other good suggestions. He was also swift to support the food servers. Great teamwork ensuring each guest had their items in a timely manner. Overall, you cannot miss this location, even if you're not a coffee drinker.

I say, upfront, that I am a big Starbucks fan, and I also have heard from others, for a while now, that this specific Starbucks Reserve site was "special". But honestly, I had no idea what to expect, or how very special this place is. It blew me away. This is not like any other Starbucks I have ever visited (and I've been to a few "Reserve" sites, which were all pretty wonderful). This specific Reserve site is HUGE. And it is way more than just a "coffee shop". Way, way more. First of all, it is enormous. Cavernous. Beautifully designed and laid-out. Super spacious, with high-end finishes. Lots of seating. And despite how open and large it is, it feels intimate. Like a good place to go with a friend or a date, for a tête-a-tête. Next, this is not just a basic Starbucks coffeeshop serving the basic Starbucks fare. No, I consider this to be a full-fledged restaurant, as well as a bakery, as well as a cocktail lounge, in addition to a coffee/tea-house. Yes, this site is all of that. They offer a huge selection of sandwiches, wraps and meals (including shakshukas). They offer a ton of delectable looking desserts and pastries. There's a separate bar, with a separate bartender, making artisan cocktails with espresso and coffee. And of course, there's a separate bar with baristas, making coffee and tea beverages. They give you a disc when you place your order, and this disc lights up when your food and/or drinks are ready. (I've not seen this technology at any other Starbucks). They have phenomenal Starbucks merchandise for sale here that I've not seen at any other Starbucks, not ever. Really luxurious shirts and scarves, and funky and cool puzzles and bookmarks and decks of cards and more, with vibrant artwork and graphics. Really beautiful and unique. The downside is, these items are crazy expensive. I just couldn't justify spending $78 US on a scarf, regardless how lovely it was. But the merchandise really is of high quality and not seen elsewhere. The staff were all super friendly, and wow, what an amazing place! Even my friend, who isn't a "Starbucks fan", really loved this place and his specialty drink. Just a crazy good place!

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning before heading to my next event. There was no shortage of a varied breakfast selection of sandwiches, shakshuka, avocado toast, pastries and fruit. I opted for the Porchetta, Pesto & Egg breakfast sandwich, vanilla custard brioche and a tall Americano. The sandwich was delicious and flavorful with an over medium egg, a little runny yolk. On this day, they were only serving iced drinks due to some mechanical issue with the espresso machines. However, we could get a hot Americano, which is what I opted for. Finished off the meal with the vanilla custard brioche ...ate every bite! Compared to weekday visits, I prefer the Saturday visit when it's less crowded and easier to find a seat.

We stopped in for a quick visit.. Service at the deli counter was welcoming and quick. I got some snacks to-go for my family, everything looks super fresh and smells great! We also stopped by the bar, Paris was our mixologist. She was the best! Friendly and knowledgeable.. She explained the different drinks to us. That little extra time and attention made our experience 5 stars!

Food was very nice. Delicious. However, I ordered drink but they didn't put in it order, so I had to order again. Also, for the food, I ordered pizza, but they didn't gave it, so I had to tell them again. It is delicious but service that I get wasn't very good.

If you're ever in Seattle I recommend placing this location on your list to visit. I have been to many Starbucks cafes in my time, but this location is beyond any Starbucks experience I've ever encountered. The food is made on site and is extremely tasty. The service is excellent. It was my first time to a location like this and the waitress was so patient and helpful. The atmosphere is so dynamic. You can go for friendly meet up, business meeting, private work sessions, lounge while enjoying alcoholic beverages, etc... This place has what you need. Highly recommended

If you're a normal person and walk into this place, you'll probably U-turn out the door. Absolutely nothing but faux rich people and tourists.

Next door to Starbucks HQ this is an oasis of coffee beyond the regular stores. I only drink coffee early in the morning it was appreciated that it was open, well-staff and full of interesting coffees and treats. The opportunity when coming here is to find a coffee you might not drink every day. I asked, and the barista noted what I liked and made a great suggestion. Yes, that's a standard in Seattle, but the ambiance and quality are worth the trip. Make the pilgrimage and go outside your comfort zone with coffee.
