Service at this location is terrible and were very rude.. Employee rushed my family through and said "she had other things to do". Very RUDE! Once we got our food we were so upset we just paid and left. Never again will we visit this location.

One of the best subways ever. The worker didn't ask any annoying questions and had a great memory on what I asked for on the sandwich when he asked the first time... Some workers bother me with idle chit chat sometimes trying to milk a tip outta me. This guy made and served me a perfect breakfast sandwich and had me out the door just like I wanted in record time, to be on time for my bus. Thanks subway dude!!

I would not recommend this restaurant I feel the workers are very rude have very poor customer service skills do not know how to help others redeem their free birthday cookie won't call to get help. If you were going to be doing a job and it requires to give people free food that's something that should be taught anybody who works it's common sense for a worker to not know their own job that makes this company at this location look very piss poor manners. I think it is very unprofessional for an employee to not know how to do their job which I know that you guys teach trainings on to do certain things so it should not be a problem and there should never be a customer unsatisfied and lately you guys have been pissing off a lot of your customers even that are willing to pay to use the bathroom you guys will still catch an attitude. If you're gonna pay your customers holiday pay then they should at least be willing to work with the customers and have no problem calling management when they don't know what they're doing the fact that they won't call management to get help shows me very poor management skills especially to be the only one in the store. I suggest you do not come to this location the workers have very stuck up attitude to be working a minimum wage job that aren't even really doing their job. I suggest you guys get your whole crew together and go over customer service skills because this is something you guys need to work on. I wish I could give out a zero rating because that's what I would definitely mark this.

The subs here always are bad. They are dry, chewy bread, sometimes smelling cheese - so the guy puts like 1 onions slice when I say onions! I get the veggie patty or veggie delight mostly and always ALWAYS they are out of spinach or lettuce or something! Worst experience with subway ever. Can’t even have a sandwich ffs!

This subway is what you would expect from a subway. It is neither better, nor worse. Clean enough, professional enough, decent enough subs. I only have one minor critique. The man Rex who works there makes the SKIMPIEST suns of any subway I've been to. I typically have to ask for more of everything three times before he puts enough toppings to come even close to matching any other employees. No exaggeration, I've asked for olives and had him put three tiny olive slices on my sandwich. Often when he makes my sandwich it's so empty that the bread is caving in as if it is empty. It's a little frustrating especially with how pricy this location is. I will say though, he is also very friendly which is a plus. Probably the friendliest that works here by far.

The lady working today is Rude, never smiles & today when she finished making my sandwich instead of stoping & checking me out she proceeded to work on the next person's sandwich & I turned around and walked out- I spend $50 or more per week in this location and won't ever come back. Ever... Seriously look at all the 1 & 2 star reviews you have and get some folks hired fir this store vs one rude gal that simply doesn't get it. Lol
